Buying a house or apartment can be really stressful but I can honestly say that Renee and Jacqueline at Peter Clarke in Leamington made the whole process from start to finish an absolute pleasure. They both gave me really good advice and did everything that they said they would do. I can’t thank them enough.

From the initial call to completion couldn’t have been easier. Sally was exceptional. I’ve never sold a house before but Sally guided us through the procedure and obtained us a fair market price. Thank you.

It is short-sighted not to treat tenants well, as although they may only rent for a short term, these individuals could go on to use the services again, whether it be to rent, buy, sell, or let. We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. They continued to provide good advice with excellent communication in handling of the buyer through the inevitable questions and requests they had right through to signing of contracts.
