I bought my first home with Peter Clarke and they have been exceptionally professional and supportive from start to finish.

Renee [based in Leamington office] has always been friendly, responsive, and the upmost professional. She was never pushy when showing me the property, and was always on hand to support me with any queries or act as a mediator between myself and the seller. She is a great representative of Peter Clarke and put me at ease throughout the entire process.

I also wanted to highlight the professionalism of her colleague Jacqueline. She was always very calm, supportive and professional. For additional context, I was having significant difficulties with my solicitor and Renee and Jacqueline provided me with a level of support that exceeded my expectations of an estate agent. Words cannot fully articulate my gratitude.

Bias selection process not sure if the landlords are aware as potentially losing out of prospective tenants. There is an application process before any checks. Once your application is successful then they carry out checks. It's been a complete waste of time travelling all the way for 4 hours to view their properties. The first property apparently been let and offered to view another one which had a lot of applications then was shown another one that had not yet been listed and was told by Monika I was 1st on the list of applications for that particular property - This is where Peter Clarke does it's bias selection - Was told my application did not get selected. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

Good all round service by Pav and team in Leamington to help secure a new buy.

Upon recommendation we used Peter Clarke for the sale of my fathers house and were not disappointed. The valuation and house details were accurate and the processes and forms to fill in were easily understood. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. The fees were lower or inline with other agents in the area and we had a 1st class service. Thursday 10.00 very positive Property appraisal by Sally who showed local knowledge and enthusiasm for the property So we Instructed Sally at 13.30 that afternoon.
Photography completed 16.00 the same afternoon, draft brochure approved 13.00 on the following day and property on the Web by 16.00 that afternoon with viewings booked for the Saturday morning. Less than a day to get the property marketed and viewings booked!!!
Offer accepted within two weeks and completed within Six weeks from going live.
What you get is a well organised proactive team, who keep you informed and help to make the process as smooth as possible often going above and beyond the service expected even offering to visit weekly as the property was empty and helping with a couple of requirements from our insurance company.
