My experiences when purchasing from Phantom Jewels has always been pleasant down to the items I buy and the shipments which is always quick and prompt. The company was brilliant, my now fiancée, brought my engagement ring this company! They kept him updated with when it was shipped to how long it will be… my ring had to go back to them for another size, I got hold of the company on Thursday and explained what was going on they looked into it they shipped out that afternoon, they said it will take 4-7 days, it turned up yesterday 1/4/23, it was one of the best feelings! I now can’t stop looking at it!
An amazing service!
