I absolutely LOVE the ring I purchased from Phantom Jewels. It fits well, is beautiful, and got many, many compliments when I wore it to work. The packaging was very nice as well. The shipping time takes a little while- but it is coming from the UK so that’s to be expected (I’m in the US). It wasn’t an unreasonable time frame at all- just longer than shipping would be within the states. I would definitely recommend ordering pieces from Phantom!

I discovered this place whilst scrolling on Instagram & had been browsing for a few days before I decided to make a purchase. The process was so quick and easy and I was notified throughout. It was easy to contact customer services when I wanted to thank them. I have since ordered some more jewellery from them as what I received was lovely quality and the care and attention they put into packaging the orders makes it feel so much more of a luxury even though all the pieces are extremely affordable! Will probably order again and again…

Such a pleasant experience shopping with them and they have a very helpful sizing guide so it’s rare to get your sizing wrong! Don’t think I’d got anywhere else to get my jewellery!

The rings I got were just as advertised and always look even better in person.
I used the measuring guide and fits my fingers perfect.

I placed four orders in the space of 24 hours and received all the items in one delivery (it is so lovely that the team payed attention and noticed this!). I ordered 14 items and there was a promo for some free gifts which I also received (one of the free gifts was worth £54!!). I received all the items which I ordered and they are absolutely gorgeous! So sparkly and look super expensive! They came in such cute pouches which are super helpful to store and protect the items! I now have a range of earrings, necklaces and rings from PhantomJewels and can't wait to expand my collection even more! I left an enquiry through the message section of the website, and received a super quick reply from Sara who was really helpful (thankyou Sara!). Couldn't be happier with my purchase, love love LOVE! Not food customer services at all and , I bought the trophy wife ring and the pink one and heart stud earrings and heart necklace , I havnt wore anything apart from the trophy wife ring and unfortunately its not real silver it cnt be as its turned my finger green I've wore my other pieces of silver from other retailers and never had this problem ever , this jewellery is not real silver I dnt care what she says if it was real it wouldn't of turned my finger green simple so im going to be contacting her for a return and refund im furious that I paid £170 for these bits of plastic , so disappointed and I would never recommend to anyone , reporting something cos u dnt like the truth dsnt mean its not true , I dnt care how many ppl uve paid to say its real silver but it isn't and my review is honest , u are a rip off love and im a local guide with millions of fair reviews under my belt so this dsnt make a difference and u wouldn't want me uploading pics and videos now would ya , u are a liar and ur obtaining money by decieveing people , am sorry I cnt allow that and would always call out rip off company's like urs , it says u reported it for bullying and stuff , there is no swear words in my review or it wouldn't of been posted , u are just bitter cos someone has finally called u out for the rip off u are and now iam sending the crap bk , I want my money bk or I will be reporting u to trading standards okie dokie. And also everyone if u check on shein app yal see she's only paid £2 for these rings as they are on there for the price they worth , and is selling them for £50 , good luck with trading standards cos now after ya reporting my very innocent , truthful review im going to have to go out of my way to put u out of business. Best block me from ya social media cos I'm no where near finished with u. U have got more cheek than the fattest butt I've ever known. By the way everyone I did have it tested before I left the review they definitely not real silver , silver plated yeah but not solid silver , all im doing is warning other ppl ok which is what honest reviews are there for.
