Phoenix Motorcycle Training レビュー

I started off my journey with Phoenix Motorcycle Training school by having an assessment in the Cwmbran location with John. After I had quite a terrible experience with my CBT school in Bridgend John gave me great confidence during the assessment and advised a 4 day split for my Mod 1 and Mod 2.
I completed my Mod 1 & Mod 2 at the Bristol location due to availability of tests which was much better than anywhere locally.
For my Mod 1 I was trained by Will, who showed a great amount of knowledge in how to get everything down within the 1 days training and also started to prep me for Mod 2 with the journeys back and forth from the training location. He made me feel calm and relaxed with his humour and due to his support and guidance I passed the Mod 1 with 0 faults.
My Mod 2 was today and the training was delivered by Sean. Sean was fantastic, during my Mod 2 training it was just me and him, and it was intense to have all the attention on me for everything I did that day but again, he provided so much guidance that I felt so much more confident in myself to be able to achieve what I was after. He was great company along the way and the jokes always made me feel at ease. Thanks to Sean and his training skill and knowledge I managed to pass my Mod 2 with only 4 faults.

The experience from start to finish has been amazing. All the staff I met and spoke to on the phone were super helpful and nice. I will always be recomending this training school to any new rider as I definitely wouldn't of been able to achieve my goal without them.

Thank you again to everyone at the school, I am so happy with the results and cannot wait for my first solo ride 🎉

Easy booking process , friendly staff and in-depth course. Highly recommend!

After a few years of non riding. I was a little apprehensive in getting back on a bike again to repeat CBT.
But I didn’t need to worry. I had completed my CBT previously twice over the years at another centre, but this place was different. Really supportive training and guidance.
Even have the bug to get a bike again. And progress to my DAS over next six months.
Thank you.

Amazing staff- friendly and kind! I've been there already twice and I'm extremely happy!

Had a great experience really good instructors will definitely be using them again

Great support, brilliant guidance & above and beyond service. My 1st time on a bike and Lee and Martin were brilliant from start to finish. From calming the nerves, to the first steps, to the small details to ensure not only skill but safety on the bike and road. More guidance that I expected from a CBT. A huge thank you to them for their support, care and professionalism.

The Lads that ran the training were great made it fun and very knowledgeable in the safety when riding full recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating and personable.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Ben! He is fantastic, patient and knowledgeable motorcycle instructor. He kept the atmosphere completely relaxed and stress free and I genuinely enjoyed riding with him on the road. If you want to learn to ride, Ben is your guy!

A great team, thanks to all the instructors and administration team, the journey to achieving my Mod 2 was relatively short and very very enjoyable. Everyone made it fun as well as serious, I felt safe thoughout and in good hands. Its a good set up and i can highly recommend Leigh and the team at Phoenix.

The instructors at Phoenix were amazing when I did my CBT, I was a little nervous but they put my mind at ease, they ensured we all had the knowledge and were comfortable before moving on to another section. Would highly recommend

After +35 years of uninterrupted motorcycling I felt it was time to check and improve my skills. This started with the Essex Firebike course, thoroughly recommended by the way, of the back of this I progressed onto the ERS (enhanced rider scheme.) My instructor, Paul Collins, was a great source of knowledge and the instruction I received from him has, I feel, greatly improved my riding skills, confidence and most importantly my safety as a motorcycle rider. Something I should have done years ago. Thanks again Paul and Phoenix Colchester for the use of your facilities.

Highly recommend going to Phoenix in Chippenham.
Instructors are very friendly, made the day a very enjoyable experience.
