Excellent instructors
Ben and Paul were excellent instructors who quickly assessed the areas of strength and weakness with everyone and tailored their instruction per person. The session flew by and we got plenty of time in the saddle.
If I could give 7 stars out of 5, I would.

I was really pleased with how the training was conducted. It was a long day but I feel like everything was covered to be safe on the roads.
The instructors, Jakob and Liam were very clear in their directions and gave plenty of chances to correct manoeuvres and control issues.

For a 52 year old (not a mid-lifeâŠ
For a 52 year old (not a mid-life crisis, honest) and having never sat on a bike, Phoenix were superb. They got me riding safely on the road by the end of the day, and Iâve now been bitten by the biking bug. Andy, our instructor, spoke very clearly, made everything much simpler and easy to understand, gave great feedback critical and constructive, so you knew what you did or didnât do. I canât recommend highly enough and Iâll definitely be back in touch with them to get the additional training Iâll need to get on a bigger bike.

Great training day for CBT
Instructors Chris and Paul were clear, calm and knowledgeable. Helped to build confidence over the day and never made me feel like I made a mistake. They suggested I trained my CBT on a manual bike as I have future hopes of getting full licence despite only intending to do auto CBT so this has now set me up well and I was pleased to be encouraged to do this. Overall very good experience and will be booking future courses with Phoenix Sidcup.
