Working with Alan has been so easy and smooth. Alan kept us informed throughout our selling journey and was open and honest about each part of the process Alan clearly knew his stuff and has proved to be a very competent and trustworthy agent. I can not thank him enough for making this experience less stressful and with minimal problems.

This company's policy on rental deposits is offensive & borderline discriminatory. Pinpoint request double deposits if a guarantor earns below a certain amount. They do not accept landlord references, multiple guarantors or track records proving affordability when making this decision. In essence, this company contributes to the poverty trap by forcing potential tenants to be linked to the income of their closest living relative (usual guarantor) rather than based on their own merit and ability to provide. Especially offensive when being informed by a glorified sales assistant in the most smug tone. I would recommend UPS to assist with renting and purchasing property instead.
