They keep on taking money of my account. I contacted them already several times. Stay away from this company. After this review they contacted me and refunded my money.

Scam
Die App ist keine App, sondern nur eine Webseite. Leider ist diese so schlecht programmiert, das man 1x alle 10 Versuche nur ein Foto hochladen kann. Von den vielen Funktionen die angeboten werden geht nur mal das einfärben. Alles andere gibt Fehler. Kündigen kann man erst 4 Tage nach dem Start. Also 3 Tage vor Ende der Kündigung! Eine E-Mail an support@ kann man sich sparen, da es sofort einen Fehler zurück gibt. Meiner Meinung eindeutig Scam!

Es la peor app
Es la peor app de este tipo que he conocido. A parte de una calidad malísima de las fotos y los vídeos, cambiando la imagen que quieres mejorar o vídeos muy malos, encima no te dejan cancelarlo el mismo día de la contratación. Ya veremos si a partir del 4 día me siguen poniendo problemas para cancelar.

Dishonest company??
I canceled my subscription within the free trial period and they continued to bill me. I got my credit card to reverse the charge but the next month they billed me again —and that was after I wrote them and they promised not to! There is no way to log into an account without downloading the app. This did not feel like a trustworthy business to deal with.
Edited 6/10/2026: the company took my review seriously; they responded here as well as writing to me personally, although by that time they had already stopped billing me. So in the end I just know the cancellation process was very cumbersome and not straightforward.

Complete scammers
Complete scammers. Signed up for the monthly subscription because I wanted to get my grandma something nice. In total they have stolen £60 off me which meant I had no money to buy my 3 month old baby milk or calpol for my child. Contacted by email and obviously an AI reply literally within a couple of seconds after I emailed. They now keep putting the dates for the refund back. I’ll have to contact my bank and put a block on it and also I will report to the FCA.

It’s fine
At first the app had a lot of trouble going to the feature I wanted to use, so I thought it didn’t work. However, it eventually got there.
Their customer service did readily cancel my subscription when I decided I wouldn’t be interested in keeping it.

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. I cancelled my subscription last September exactly as they instructed (by sending an email), but they ignored it and still renewed my subscription this September. They never reply to emails, and there is no proper unsubscribe option other than emailing them—which they don’t action.
I had to block them through my bank and get a new card to stop further charges. The bank is now investigating them. There is no customer service, no way to contact them, and no transparency.
⚠️ Warning: Don’t fall into their trap. They will keep taking your money even after cancellation. Avoid at all costs.

No le pongo menos porque no puedo. Es una estafa. Nunca me llegó el código para la sesión a pesar de insistir y escribirles. Una vez me di de baja en plazo de la prueba gratuita cancelaron la suscripción del apps bundle pero no del free trial, así que me han cobrado 40€ por nada. Vergonzoso. No os suscribáis, es una estafa

SCAM!!
Complete scam -app is not available in Australia. Did a trial subscription that looks like any Apple subscription but the subscription does not show up in subscribed apps. Then went to download app and says not available in Australia? Have not responded to ANY messages and now I have paid $24.99 for an app I cannot even access and have no way of apparently contacting or logging in. DO NOT USE. I have reported to Scam watch in Australia.
UPDATE: after writing this review and sending yet another email an automated response refunded money and cancelled subscription.

FAKE… They take money from your card even if you cancel 1 hour in the 7 day free trail. They write me, that they will send the money back but don’t.
They are from Abu Dhabi and are scammers!!!

They are scammers
They are scammers. I was charged before the free trial ended and once I’ve contacted them they responded they would refund. Never did. I then was charged again for something never purchased a bundle of apps. I’m contacting the UAE authorities and will track them down at any cost.

Warning: Pixtuner app is a scam to get your credit card info
Wish I had reviewed Pixtuner app before signing up. Tried to cancel the 7 day trial subscription using the app and was told I needed to wait 4 days before cancelling. Waited the four days and went back to open the app and the app has basically disappeared. Nothing there but a white screen. Just called my credit card company (Capital One) to file a dispute and they advised me to call back if I see any unauthorized charges. USA, but see scam has happened in England and Australia..

100% scam
I signed up for a 7 day free trial. Minutes later they took £29.99 from my bank. Reported it to my bank who blocked any further payments. 4 days later they took another £22.36 using a slightly different company name. This is a scam and I have reported them to Action Fraud in the UK. Avoid at all costs.
