I won over $720 and next thing you know in one spin I'm at $93 ill upload pic I was smart enough to think to take a screen shot. They need to have someone monitoring the games at all times. Highly upset this happened.

Planet 7 scammers. I actually got paid by these scammers after hitting a super grand jackpot of $14k+. It took close to a year and I was able to have checks cut(when they still did that) each time I was charged $40 and had to wait 2 months for approval. The last check request was cut from $2500 to $1200 to screw me again. Since winning I am black balled from any bonus match. I made the mistake of recommending them to my GF. She won a $4000 jackpot several months ago I have attempted to help get her money and they keep saying they don’t do checks anymore and said they don’t work with her bank for a bank wire even I signed up with a different casino and they wire my bank weekly. Although they determine what they will approve weekly. At least I get paid although I am charged $15 for each deposit Actually won a 20k jackpot and can only request 1 withdrawal per week, so far received about $10k. Planet 7 will play games to avoid paying any winnings now as my GF has had nothing but BS and their finance department changes the rules each time she requests a payout. She even got so frustrated she set max bets on 100 spins to blow through the money. She went from $1000 owed from the original amount back to $3500. I will continue to try and help her get paid but I doubt she will as they will come up with more excuses not to pay. PLEASE understand, I have no hidden agenda and simply want to warn folks about this crooked, criminal, outfit. Being briefer than I need to be, 'WARNING' run away from this casino as fast as possible. They burned me for $500 in winnings and $400 on a NETSPEND card. It's all a scam. Sure they give you a free chip to play with but it comes with a huge playthrough requirement which is nearly impossible to complete. Disgusting, several months ago I completed a bonus worth $100 to withdraw, I have tried to communicate by chat, by email, by phone and THERE IS NO RESPONSE, I think this casino should be intervened by some regulatory authority, because with That silence, many people can deposit and thank you, no one responds, therefore they NEVER pay, be careful with this casino, it is a fraud!

I played thousands of dollars and never really won which i realize can happen it is gambling. But, i received a $100 cashback bonus from them, not a play bonus. normally a cashback bonus has no restrictions. The have a 2x cashout max. This would be fine although i think that sucks. The worse part is when i was playing with the cashback bonus i could not lose. when I was playing with my cash i hardly ever won. Definetly fraud going on here. So I was skeptical about the actual reviews I was reading. This site is 100% a scam. After depositing 116.53 and a couple of hours playing I hit a jackpot. That jackpot was 3k. After submitting id verification and having it approved (5 day waiting period), I then requested to have my funds withdrawal via Bitcoin. Now being in crypto since the beginning when you could actually mine a BTC on your own... I know how it works and the purpose of it to an extent (thanks cia - true story, lol I actually have no idea). There is stated that there is a 7 to 10 business day on deposit. After a month of waiting, still no funds. And Provided all the things that were asked... I contacted the support chat... Probably got some AI chat bot. Basically no help whatsoever. So I cancelled the withdrawal and submitted for a lower amount using LTC. Same result same waiting period. Now 2 months.. I requested 199 via coin desk... Well needless to say there is still a verification of approval. And same result.

As this is an honest review, I'm disappointed that such an old online casino is a 100 percent scam.
