Worst gambling site ever . 100% phony never in the years that I've been playing, have I been treated so poorly lack of it consideration.The last thing the last draw was I took no rules bonus, which was advertised as no mex, cash out, no cash out limit. But what did they do? They gave me back just my deposit and took the other $300 where it went. Who knows I recommend if you don't want to get ripped off? Not to go to that site i wish I could post this bad review on every sight known to man that they are garbage along with many others.But this one takes the number one cake. I had a very disappointing experience with Planet 7 Casino. At first, everything seemed fine — the bonuses looked attractive and the site was easy enough to use. However, things quickly went downhill when I tried to withdraw my winnings.

The withdrawal process was a nightmare. I was repeatedly asked for additional verification documents, and even after submitting everything, my request was either delayed or denied without a clear explanation. It felt like there were constant obstacles being put in place just to avoid paying out. From what I experienced, and what many others have reported, getting your money out is extremely difficult.

Customer support was also unreliable. Live chat was often unavailable, and when I did manage to reach someone, I either got generic responses or no real help at all. At one point, it felt like I was just being given the runaround.

Overall, I would not recommend this casino. The lack of transparency, issues with withdrawals, and poor customer support make it hard to trust. There are much better and more reliable options out there.

I have been playing at this group of casinos known as virtual casino LLC. I can’t seem to find a format I like as well so I feel like I’m stuck here. I think they do a pretty good job however they take a terribly long time to pay you unless the casino offers coin draw as a withdrawal method. If they don’t offer coin draw then it takes 10 business days which we both know is essentially two weeks to approve a withdrawal and another 10 business days (another two weeks) to pay if using the bitcoin network. That can end up being a total of 30 days!! so not good because they would not accept that from a player. If the shoe were on the other foot, they would not play at their own casinos! But being accused of fraud because I want so much money really really angered me and hurt me. Completely unfounded no proof nothing. I played at four of their casinos and won a total of like $30,000. It took them almost 3 months to pay me all of it, and I’ve lost all my VIP levels.

I attempted to make a withdraw using bitcoin only because I didn't like the questions asked with using a wire transfer to my back ( what date did I open my bank account) I've never been asked that question. Any way my request to use Bitcoin was accepted by planet 7, shortly after being accepted my debit card was hacked. Not sure if it was related but I became wary of this site after that. Well 10 days after my submission my 200 dollars I requested to withdraw was denied and the money showed back up in my P7 account. Any money that I had that was withdrawable was gone and the bonus I was working on was also gone. It only showed my original $200 as withdrawable. I have tried using the chat but only get stuck in the queue. Will be trying email next.

I have gotten the run around from here. I won and have tried cashing out but I needed to deposit money 1st. I did and then I waited. I was told it takes about 10 days for the pending withdraw request to be approved. Im way past that and they made me verify my account after it was already verified. It took another 3 days for the verification to happen again. Im getting the run around and I thinking this isn't a legit site.

I made a deposit via debit card. I played in one over $900. But trying to get my money has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I send documentation in it it’s not correct, and then I find out that the only thing I can do when I use a debit card is to do a wire transfer. When I try to do a wire transfer, I find out that I cannot transfer into my checking account because my checking account doesn’t allow for international wire transfers. So I open up a different account so I can receive the funds and now I can’t receive the funds until I have 15 transactions on the new account and send them a bank statement showing that. My issue is that they should’ve said before I even made the deposit with a debit card what the requirements were going to be for withdrawal. Because I might not have deposited money then.

Yes people please stay away from this site and it's 7 or so sister sites. The bad thing about it is there giving the rest of the online slot sites that use Real Time Gaming slots a bad reputation. I won on planet 7. They gave me the run around about my withdrawal and ultimately closed my account without telling me why customer support Ronald just closed the chat.

I played on Planet 7 enough to cash out just to be told I have to deposit $10 to get my winnings..that's a joke..when you win something you win it...who pays to collect their winnings. I agree completely with the others in the reviews just a bunch of crooks. 0 stars

The withdrawal process is not legit not what’s up !! It tells you to deposit a 10 bitcoin for confirmation and when u withdrawal I was only giving my 10 dollers back not the 200 I won.. very disappointing to me. Like really takes the fun and excitement away really.
