If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. They don’t honor promotions, I also doubt they payout considering they can’t give cash back to when they offered it right before my deposit. Terms and conditions say 24 hours of first deposit. Nothing about account creation. I read them before I deposited for a reason.

I have 11k in winnings they won’t let me touch, I had 20k but have played it off because I won’t deposit anymore money because of their excuse not to pay out. I followed their instruction and even opened a new non joint account as they asked and still denied a withdrawal. They won’t issue a bank check, said my bank won’t accept overseas transfers…. I belong to 1 of the 2 largest banks in the country and never had an issue with overseas transfers until these guys. The games are good but if you are just spending money with no chance of return you can just play the free games. I never had an issue with chumba or lucky land so I guess I should go back to them where they have no issue paying you your winnings. No, the winnings were not on some special promotion with a play thru amount. It was straight winnings. Don’t play this site if you want to collect your winning, you won’t get anything.

Ok so I claimed two bonus codes that planet7 casino not only gave me but allowed me to use I won I made my deposit and they took all my money said I claimed two bonus codes ok so I had to zero out well I played tournaments remind u I made a 20 dollar deposit so this is with my money too I won a thousand dollars tried to cash out 250 they took the whole thousand back said it was money I used from the codes they gave my money back though I played the tournament before they returned my money they stole from me not once but twice what's the point of putting the thousand on my account if they are just going to take it from me it's insane they need shut down

Good luck with this heaping mound of garbage. Going well over a month and still haven't been paid for an approved withdrawal request. They just spin in circles until you give up and spent your money. Hell, I closed the account with money still yet to be paid. There is good site and there are poor sites then there is Planet7 casino.

Awful. I have pissed away way more than I should have here, but today was the last straw. I attempted to make two withdrawals yesterday totalling $2800. Went to bed, no issues. Checked the status on these today, and it showed both to be cancelled. I go to their customer service and they said I cancelled both withdrawals and played the money out which is 100% bullshit. Am I sleep gambling? Unbelievable that this is the tactic they've lowered themselves to to screw players out of money. On the rare occasion that you DO receive a withdrawal, it takes about a month and you constantly have to ride them about it. Stay away. Stay far away. Stay away from gambling kids. Ruin your life some other way.

This is another online casino that will accept your deposits without any disruptions. However, when it comes to paying out they will make it seem like it's approved when in fact they've actually denied it and won't pay out or put back the money you've already won on their games. It seems any of the online casinos associated with inclave, which is the sign-on company to many online casinos, are the ones that will find a way to NOT payout and cheat you.

Just adding to the list of complaints about this casino. They are thieves, liars, scam artists. I deposited 50 dollars and won 165, still havent received my winnings or any correspondence. At least give me my 50 dollars back. I will be filing a class action lawsuit against them. They shouldn't be in business.

I have been playing with Planet for quite awhile, lost a ridiculous amount of money (that's on me) but I finally was going to withdraw $1500. They have been giving me the run around for 3 weeks, finally approved $100 of the $1500 using a loophole of comp points I used (because I've spent so much money) but failed to tell me that until 3 weeks later and told me will still be 7-10 business days. Believe the reviews they are a scam and you will never see your money! Not sure how their employees sleep at night.

At first I really liked this casino. I won over a thousand dollars. However when i checked to see what was taking so long (literally weeks) they tried telling me I only had $761.50. I didn't really complain because I has only put $20 in. But the payout wait is soooooooo long. I have been waiting for over a month. Well it all started on my birthday I was sitting at home checking my emails when I opened up the planet7 email I got thinking I was going to play a little before bed and I started to scroll around my tablet when I went to hit redeem it told me to deposit on a no deposit required email I opened. That's when I lost all trust in these guys . So if you don't want a disappointing bday. I suggest that you don't open their email. Big disappointment.

This is a hard reveiw for me i hit this casino for1500 3 days ago and they paid me today. I would do less than one of possible! I went and used a free spin deal and then took an incredible amount of time to make their ridiculous roll over requirement to finally make $300, free and clear. Was super excited, so started to go about the verification and deposit to withdraw nonsense (which can only be done with Litecoin, which is bonkers). I ran into some issues along the way so contacted customer service and worked with them through the verification issues I was having. Finally got it settled and withdrew only to look several days later to see that my withdrawal wasn't for the original $328, but rather $15. When I immediately contacted customer service, their response was that I hadn't done a deposit, so the $300 was gone and all I get is $15. Turns out the "verification" deposit DOES NOT COUNT as a deposit. Schiesters...just plain thieves. Find someplace else and be aware they ALL just want to take your money.

I have been playing on planet 7 for many years and reached VIP status.
The payout is slow and if you have enough willpower to not reverse the withdrawal then eventually they will pay out. I hit 14k on a slot and it probably took about a month before I received my first payment at 2500 increments. The rest paid out about 1 or 2 weeks at a time. The customer service has always been great and I do love the bonus coupons. I read a lot of comments of planet 7 trying to cheat you out of your winnings but I have never really had that experience. Some bonus coupons specifically tell you max cash out amounts and there are specific rules spelled out pretty clear. If only they can improve on the withdrawal speed then maybe I could add another star. I’ll keep playing becuase I have had more big wins (over 2500) than I would playing a US mainstream online casino and as long as I eventually get paid then it all works out where Sam may not need to be involved.

If there was a zero that is what I’d rate them. They require for verification your debit card with CVC, your bank statement, your electric bill and driver’s license. They will use your debit card for a few purchases. They will not pay out even when Play Through has been met. The transaction page might state that your winnings have been approved at the rate you won but the most you will get after sending all the information to various emails and compromising your bank information is $100. They will spend a month telling you that your funds will be sent, never mentioning that you won’t be getting what in my case was 2,300. And my play through was met and customer service acknowledged that.
Planet 7 has lame games, play with their free money but don’t waste your time if you win. All they want is your bank information to use and sell. Watch your bank account closely if you decide to get “verified”. They only took less than fifty from mine after I was verified. So no 2,300 and losses from them having my data.

I will be contacting their software company, Costa Rica Business Licensing, any Blogs, websites and the USA embassy. I wasted a month dealing with these fools and will now spend a month letting people know that their “free play” is useless. I will also be sharing the names of the numerous Chat Help People that enable Planet 7 to be dishonest. Downloads of their cons are a click away. They will be included in my correspondences so it can be noted that 2,300 was promised just never paid out.
You can make your play through and still never see a dime of your winnings. If you play just for pleasure, go for it but don’t send them your bank information.
