I am waiting on a cashout of 45 dollars. My previous 25 dollar cashout had been claimed by a different email and it appeared as if my account had been hacked. They have not responded about it and are... もっと見る

I've already written a review and just so you know making someone wait for there cashout then expiring it before it ever cleared is definitely against any kind of guidelines. I'll be looking for someo... もっと見る

Wish payouts stuck to the allotted deposit/release date, but you do get paid. It may take a while and I know they are a small company so they don't have enough people to get things done quickly. The g... もっと見る

do not use this app
do not use this app, they are scandalous and eventually will just not pay you or respond to any of your messages unless it's the AI but the AI just ends up forwarding you to a real person and then they proceed to ignore you. To bad I can't put pictures on here.

Hey Grayson,
I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. It’s incredibly upsetting to feel ignored after putting in so much effort, and I can completely understand why you feel this way after your messages weren't answered.
We are a small team of real people, and honestly, we’ve been completely overwhelmed by our recent growth. Our AI was meant to help, but it clearly failed to get you the actual human support you needed, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. We are not a "scandalous" app—just a team struggling with some major growing pains that we are working hard to fix.
Could you please share your login email with us? I will personally make sure our team finds your messages, looks into your account, and gets your payout moving immediately.
We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right.
Best,
The Mobius Team

Hey Jon,
I am truly sorry to hear that you're still waiting on your funds. It is incredibly frustrating to put in the work and not see the results in your account when you expect them.
As a small team, we’ve been facing some unexpected delays in our processing system due to recent growth, and I’m genuinely sorry that this has impacted you. We are not a scam, and we want to make sure every player gets exactly what they earned.
Could you please share your login email with us? We would like to manually pull up your account right now and get that cashout moving for you immediately.
Best,
The Mobius Team
