This company does a fantastic job offering customer service. They are quick to respond, offer quality information, and their WooCommerce Shipping plugin does a lot for a great price. Couldn't have asked for a better shipping plugin! A special shoutout to Touseef, who has been a valuable customer support specialist.

The plug-in solves our issues with shipping amongst our many shipping partners. Support is terrific when I have the need to reach out to them.

Great customer service and a well rounded plugin. It has some small, annoying shortcomings compared to others, but generally, I recommend it. It is the best tracking software for Woocommerce

I needed a different shipping solution with some custom coding for my online store. After some extensive research, I decided on a WooCommerce plugin for the coding and PluginHive for all the shipping options and label printing. As soon as I signed up for the free trial version of PluginHive, their team reached out to see if I needed any support setting up the plugin. I didn't at the time but was able to have a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Sibi, who answered any questions I had, fully explaining them and showing me a few other things I would have missed. I would have to say, PluginHive has offered the best support of any of the many plugins my WordPress site uses. Thank you for making this as easy as possible. Best, Ken

Works well for us. We just had an issue with the packing slips and the invoices changing to Spanish after we had a customer order from our Spanish translated site. Unfortunately the free version does not support multilingual sites so we had to purchase the pro version. Hoping this solves the problem. Took a while to find out we had to have the pro version and I am only writing this to let others know this may happen to them if they have a multilingual site and they may consider purchasing the pro version before this happens to them. Otherwise it has worked seamlessly in our shipping flow.

I've used Plugin Hive Plugins for years. They are very quick to respond, like within a couple of hours. Their plugins are solid, work well and I trust them not to break or corrupt my site! Great customer service too.

Within 15 minutes, I had a much better understanding of how to apply separate carriers and rule per carrier or vendor in a few simple steps without breaking my automations like I was before. Support was awesome!
