Got the part as ordered. They were a little slow in sending out the shipping email. It would be nice if it was stated the day range they would send out the parts, like "in stock items ship within two business days"

I got my new stainless steel shower drain cover in a timely fashion and it fit perfectly!

The shipping was to expensive. You should offer usps shipping. I thought I was receiving yellow brass; instead I received orange brass.

Some packing protection would have been nice. The copper flange I ordered was simply placed in a shipping bag with no plastic wrap, paper, etc. When I received the flange, on time, it was slightly bent in a few places. Nothing I cannot correct on my own.

I was trying to extend an RV dump above the opening and just assumed that your product would do the job, however the opening accepts a 4 inch male thread and your product is a 3 3/4 male thread. Oops, my bad - any ideas? I can't afford to return the product as the shipping is more than the cost of the unit.

Nice service and quality plumbing products!

I only received half of my order. Called three times and they assured me the remainder of the order is on its way. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. I would not recommend ordering from this company. False claims due to Covid 19 is a poor way to run a business and these company should be ashamed. The order 146014762 was place 5/19 and half was received 5/21. That is not a COVID issue but a company issue. The second half of the order was receive on 6/2 after 2 phone call, and shipped new shipping label created the day of the call.

Thank you. Fast delivery. I had a hard time finding a sturdy wood toilet seat in almond color and you had a perfect one. Most things on internet or big box hardware stores are not the best quality. Your s was worth the price. Much appreciated.
