Being an EV newbie I was having issues with the PCM in a car I had purchased at Hull and called into Leeds on my way south- Kieron went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with a coffee before sorting the issue- Josh also joined in sorting the problem- a big thank you to both.

Just a quick shout for Richard M. who was incredibly helpful while I was searching for a 992.1 GTS. There were no sales tactics, no pushiness, just pleasant, laid-back chats between car enthusiasts. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to show me around various specifications before arranging a test drive (which sold me on the GTS!).

Unfortunately the right car came up at another dealer so we never got to arranging a deal but it I’ll certainly be getting Richard to look for my next one!

What’s fantastic place the service department is, fantastic staff, knowledgeable and a quality fix, all questions and queries answered speedily and accurately.
Well done Porsche Leeds.

My Porsche Macan GTS, broke down on the 14th March and was recovered by Porsche Assist to My local Porsche dealer in Leeds. This is where my problems start. The car has only just entered the workshop. over 2 weeks since it arrived at Leeds Porsche.

I have called Leeds service dept twice each time I have been redirected to reception. Apparently! They have a new system, you cannot call the service department directly anymore. Then the lady from reception has to go and get a colleague from service, Mad! The automated system still gives you an option for the service dept?

Then someone called me to ask why the centre console was dismantled. The AA man dismantled the console in order to get the car out of Park, so he could pull it onto his trailer. Surely this is obvious!.

When I got to speak to someone from service, ( last week) they said they had been really busy and would get back to me. Didn't happen.
Monday 31st I spoke to George from the service department. ( I had to ring them ) He said, the person who had been assigned my vehicle has now left the company and that the job hadn't been given to someone else until today and I still don't know what is wrong with it or when I can expect to get it back.

This is not the service I expect from Porsche and I am very disappointed at the lack of communication and lack of knowledge at Leeds.

Another day has passed with no update on my car. My courtesy car is a Base Macan. Now that would be fine for a couple of days, I am now going into my 3rd week without my own car.
Unbelievably bad service.

Recently took my Porsche in for MOT, took longer than planned due to issue with computer but Shabaaz was very helpful (& apologetic), to the point of offering a courtesy car if necessary. He definitely turned the experience around from a negative to a positive experience. Oh and ignore the review about using Hull Branch - they’re hopeless when it comes to customer service!

Refund of deposit. Was informed that I need to wait a week before a refund can be processed when the funds have come out of my account. After deciding not to proceed with my order the sales person was extremely rude. Everyone has the right to change their mind as buying a car is a personal choice and this is just business at the end of the day.

I bought a Porsche Cayenne S Coupe E-hybrid last March from the Leeds Porsche Centre
In December it broke down three times in a week and was eventually transported to the Leeds Centre on the 13th of December.
I was eventually contacted on the 22nd of January by their service centre (44 days after the original breakdown) to say that it needed a new HV battery that had now been ordered and it would take a few weeks to carry out the repair
Now,13 weeks after the breakdown, I am still waiting
The car has only done 2700 miles , has been out of action for approximately a quarter of a year and the dealers refuse to replace it with a like for like vehicle.
An absolutely disgraceful situation in my eyes.
I asked them for a valuation in February to see if I could change the vehicle but they refused to give me a price.
I have also asked for a copy of the fault diagnostic report on more than one occasion which they have still not provided which makes me wonder if there is more wrong than I am being told.
After 3 months of depreciation, ongoing finance payments, tax and insurance for a vehicle I do not even have I feel they are not particularly concerned with my after sales situation
They have loaned me a Macan which has enabled me to be mobile but is totally inadequate for my practical needs particularly over such a long period of time
A incredibly bad experience and still unresolved.

Awful experience from day 1. Told on my way to collect my vehicle that there was a recall 10 mins from Leeds. Had to wait 3weeks for it to be resolved. Recent recall organised for 14th October 1 day notice to cancel as they didn’t have the parts even though it had been booked in for weeks. Rescheduled visit for 12th December, received a call late afternoon December 11th to say the loan car wasn’t available as someone didn’t return it on time and needed it for longer.
I will not be using JCT again you would expect a premium service for a premium vehicle.
I will now spend my money with either Hull or Stockport. I have a few friends and colleagues who travel from Leeds to Hull/Stockport as they have had similar experiences.
Don’t say you haven’t been warned!

My experience of the service dept at Porsche Leeds is it s a shambles
I wanted to extend my warranty n paid for a service.I was told there was a recall on the car and this needed to be done first.I booked the Car in and decided to wait.I was there 2 hours.I was then told that I couldn t extend the warranty without a Porsche check which they agreed to do gratis .Since I d already been 3 times they agreed to pick up the car and leave me a courtesy car.3 times this was cancelled at the last minute the last time having waited in until the afternoon.
I won t be re arranging my diary again to accomodate Porsce Leeds n will take my care elsewhere.
The young lady looking after me did the best she could.I suspect the problem is in the management

This is the second time we wish to compliment Shabaaz Azam for his professional and excellent advice and service.
Without question he has exceeded our expectation of his ability to help and lead us to our car to make sure all was well for our journey home.

Having just purchased my white Porsche 911 Carrera from Porsche Leeds, I would just like to say what an absolute pleasure it was from start to finish!
The service I received from Tony Womersley was exceptional, Tony was not pushy and answered every one of my questions professionally and no query from me was ever too much bother. The test drive was very thorough and took in all different road routes to give me a real ‘feel’ for the car. On the day of collection The vehicle looked like it had just rolled off the production line. Every time I drive my new car I smile and that sound on start up is intoxicating.

From the moment you walk in the staff are genuinely interested in helping you I’ve been calling here for quite a while buying parts for my restoration of my car, and yesterday I personally feel there service is top notch as I bought some parts a few months ago which when we unpacked this week to install there was a problem, so I expected a issue with having purchased ages ago, but not at all I spoke to Matt he and is sorting with replacement parts
Absolutely top service in a country that is trying to rip everybody off at the moment here is a company which is a premium brand that goes yep that’s not right we will sort it

Visited Porsche Leeds to order a Cayenne Coupe but was underwhelmed by the overall dealership experience...drove to Porsche Hull who are miles ahead on showroom appeal & represent the Sports Iconic Luxury Brand the right way, more or less ordered the car from them as soon as i walked in.

Shabaaz kept me well informed through the whole process of fault finding, rectifying and resolving the issue with my vehicle. My query was handled with courtesy and professionalism

I have been a customer of Porsche Leeds for 9 years now. My last visit was on 7th November to have my car MOT tested. It was wonderful catch up with Paul Mulliss again and to meet a new member of the team, Shabaaz. He made sure that every element of my visit and experience at Porsche Leeds was outstanding. Every year the team at Porsche Leeds impress me and so I return. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

It’s so easy these days to leave a negative review when things don’t go to perfection. Sometimes things do go wrong and when they do, there should always be some flexibility afforded and an opportunity to rectify.

The guys at JCT600 Porsche Leeds did just that. They went beyond my expectations to make things right and the result is one extremely satisfied customer. I couldn’t be happier.

So, special thanks to Simon, Daniel and Richard who worked really hard to make my experience absolutely first class.
