Took my Porsche cayenne for a service, was taken care of by Shabaaz. He was extremely helpful and answered to emails even out of hours.

Probably the best service I’ve had in terms of service from this gentleman. He is an asset to the service department at Porsche.

Really grateful for the help and expertise when making my purchase it made for a very smooth and easy experience!!
The guys name was Vinnie I will recommend to all my friends and family!!

Spoke to Vinny at Leeds Porsche after poor experiences with other sales people at other dealerships could not of asked for a better chap hence taking the time to leave this review.

A disappointing service and recall experience has left me buying my next Porsche elsewhere. No flexibility and no investment in keeping customers; it seems business is taken for granted here as they are so, so busy...?

Great experience and Vinni was amazing at showing us round the showroom?

This will be my second Porsche purchase but my first with Porsche Leeds. Just wanted to thank Vinny in sales for helping me to spec up my new Cayenne and spend time to go through the many options available in the showroom. I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions and am looking forward to collecting my new car in the coming weeks. I think Vinny was also looking forward to seeing it as well!!

This is the second time I have driven from Surrey to Leeds to buy a new car, and it was well worth the journey. The Porsche showroom is large and well located. Everybody I met was very helpful. A special thank you to the salesman who sold me my Macan GTS. Bradley Stansfield was polite, helpful and personable without being pushy. He handled the sale efficiently, right down to supplying two extra yellow screw covers for the number plate! A really good experience in buying a new car. Thanks Bradley

The odds of buying a decent used 911 from Porsche Leeds, are very good. That being said, warranty work is dodged whilst servicing standards are poor, careless and expensive. There is also a high probability that 'servicing' results in minor damage to paintwork. The only way to be sure that your 911 receives careful after sales servicing, is to to do it yourself (which is surprisingly easy).

UPDATE: Since making my Trustpilot review in 2022, JCT 600 have started acting like children. Puerile refusals to supply parts for routine maintenance that I now carry out myself, have been supplemented by a 'personna non grata' email from their Director called Armstrong. JCT600 have now become a company with a Ryanair reputation for 'service'; a British Gas reputation for overcharging and a reputation like no other, for warranty cheating.

Great service yet again from Porsche, Leeds and Vinny McMann. Really friendly, great communication and just generally an all round great experience. Thank you!

car goes in for a small seat belt check and im told Right radiator fan blocked active fault - req diag

£408 to investigate what is blocking the fan. So just to see what is blocking the fan is £408. I needed to say that twice because its so ridiculous. £170 per hour plus vat two hours to check. I ask can you be sure it is blocked and not a faulty sensor. No is the answer. But as it is a possible external influence it is chargeable. I would also like to confirm i have not been off roading through the forests with my Porsche Taycan, not driven it through an Ibiza foam party, a desert, a giant blancmange or driven it in anything other than normal UK driving conditions.
Surely if a fan is blocked it is a flaw in their air inlet system! Is this a con? is this a way of upping their revenues? I am hoping for video evidence to prove the actual fault existed.

the car was dropped off at 9am and i was told until 3pm - Today is Thursday. I was told that the car wasnt looked at until the afternoon. Another gem! They cant diagnose, not fix, just diagnose until next week. They have committed to diagnose by close of play Monday. Not fix. Fix may mean parts and they have to order so could be longer. So i now have had my pants down and my car hijacked.

I was also advised that as my tyres had 4.1mm of tread i should change them as they may only last another one or two months. Luckily i was recording the call as this claim is scandalous.

This is the last time I visit Porsche Leeds.

Having dealt with Porsche Leeds on several previous occasions, I can confidently say the service level and attention to detail are exemplary.

They always exceed expectations, very refreshing.

I can not provide enough positive information on purchasing my Porsche from Leeds and Scott Green. He made the whole experience from the start to delivery a very happy and pleasant experience even in the challenging market with delivery of vehicles.I was made to feel a valued customer and for sure this will not be my last purchase from Scott.

From start to finish Richard Miller and Daniel Hustwith where an absolute pleasure to deal with. Any request or query I had was meet and I feel like they couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my new car. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone amd I'll be back myself in future

In a world where great service is such a rare thing Porsche Leeds stand out from the crowd. Okay for a premium brand you expect great service levels and standards of customer care but Richard Miller takes this up several levels to with superb knowledge, advice and exceptional standards. I would recommend Porsche Leeds to anyone considering a new or pre-loved Porsche. You won’t go wrong. I travelled out of area to deal with Leeds because of Richard’s standards of customer care and the experience he was able to deliver for me.

Put my Cayenne into Porsche Leeds for an 8 year service at at a cost of over £800. The car was returned to me with two warning lights still on the car: a rear tyre showing -6 pressure and the washer fluid level low. The car was collected and delivered. So, I assume, two quality checks missed this…

MOT check of spare tyre? Subsequently found tyre left unsecured in the boot space.

It is always a pleasure going into Porsche centre leeds . The team there is very proffesional in there approach and polite .i have been there and ordered cars from time to time where I have been looked after by Vinnie the sales executive .They try the utmost to accommodate my needs . I would recommend Porsche Leeds to anyone who is looking at Porsche as a means of transport and the staff for there service .
