Have made a request to remove my name from practo platform but it's still visible

Absolutely shocking service. We paid them AED4500 to extract old INSTA patient files. The contract stated 4-5 days for data delivery. It is now 2 months later and we still have nothing. They're not responding to emails and phones don't work.

Recently they have changed their terms and conditions according to their wims and fancies..
Without telling d doctor..
Now pts are not able to book an appointment inspite of v being a paid member..now they r suggesting take reach...
All d doctors who r reading this kindly pay heed and don't spend money on practo...they r a money making company here to extort money from ur pockets

I paid 2 times nearly 1200 rupees ,Doctors cancelled the appointment and it’s completely scam. I am going to register the legal complaint on this app

They take money then there chat button does not work. The support bots don’t understand your quart. I lost the money I paid as got no consultation. Got an SMS saying your appointment is confirmed with the doctor and here is the link bit there was no link.

I am taking medicine of genital herpes since last 5 months from her . When I visited her clinic first then she said that he will cure my herpes infection but she is the one who don't know the basic difference between cure and treatment . And she had also said that after 6 month she will repeat the blood test again. But after this she was saying y dwai chodni nhi h jb tk mai na bolu. Uske bd mne pucha ki mre test repeat krwaode *she replied ki m is age m test repeat krwana jruri nhi smjhti aise hi thk hojata h* uske bd mne bola please recommend me some diet *she replied shadi k bdd*
And now I am asking for prescription she is not giving that is you are visiting after reading only few reviews please don't visit her

The only thing is that she is making her patients fool. Misguiding them and making her money by engaging in the fraudulent activity I.e not giving prescription to anyone first she talk in a very friendly manner that she will cure it y aiee hojaega vese hojaega after that she will show you her whole colours. When I asked her to give me the prescription *she gave me genital warts prescription after treating me genital herpes*
She is a fraud lady . She rob the patient by doing the fraudulent conducts. She don't give the prescription when you ask . If she give you She give the wrong medicine prescription and also don't tell you about what medicine She is giving from her pharmacy .
Her first priority is not to treat the patients her first priority is to make money by engaging in all the fraudulent conducts .She charge 1000rs for one bottle of medicine which is irrelevant . When patient ask give me 2 bottles She have to charge 2000 only but she charge her appointment fees twice also .
She is only a fraud lady don't have any knowledge about any medicine. She provide you the medicine by reading a book . She have no experience and no knowledge

If you are visiting first ask for prescription and don't purchase any kind of medicine from her cheap pharmacy

One of the pathetic platform for Doctors. Team is very unprofessional, they take advantage of doctors being non technical in technology, and keep them unanswered in the label of technical issues. No leads at all.

Very Disappointing Experience with Practo – Not Recommended at All

I am extremely disappointed with Practo's platform and services. Once you sign up, no one bothers to follow up or offer proper support. Their customer service is practically non-existent — you are left to figure things out on your own. Even after raising concerns, there is no timely response or resolution.

They make big promises during onboarding, but after that, you're completely ignored. It's a total waste of time and money. I expected professionalism and basic accountability, but Practo has failed miserably on both fronts.

I highly do not recommend Practo to anyone looking for reliable digital support for their clinic or healthcare service. Please save yourself the frustration — their platform and team are absolutely helpless and unresponsive.

I recently took a consultation with Dr. Padhy through Practo. I’m from Delhi, and Dr. Padhy is based in Odisha. As soon as the consultation ended, the app forced me to leave a rating before I could even access the post-consultation chat or follow-up. This felt completely unethical, especially since the consultation was supposed to be valid for 7 days.

Moreover, the medicines prescribed by Dr. Padhy were not available in any local pharmacies in Delhi. When I asked about it on the chat, they insisted I send money so they could courier the medicines from Odisha. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

To make matters worse, Practo does not allow editing or deleting a review once it’s submitted, which raises serious questions about transparency. It appears that the platform manipulates or filters reviews to maintain a good image.

I feel cheated by both the platform and the consultation process, and this is not what I expected from a trusted healthcare app. I’ll be sharing my full experience on Trustpilot and other platforms to make others aware of this issue.

Very very poor service. Call you hundred times to enroll. Once payment is done no service on my app shows, my profile is live but onboarding is not complete.
Once they will depute a service relationship person next time he/ she says they have quit the job.
Second time taken for a ride. Support helpline says it is out of network coverage area
No reply to e mails too!!! Amount paid in apr 2024 still onboarding not done

Unprofessional doctors and horrible customer service

This app is scam please do not use it

Pathetic services of enrolling practitioner. Team is not willing to do anything, they even don't read the documents properly and every time different team member will ask for different document. Even nodal and grievance officers are of no use. Got fed up of their approach and finally after 2 months I have deleted the app. NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATION. They make things like jalebi. Complete wastage of time.

1. Doctors have such high volumes of patients that they are attending to at a time, that they don’t even give proper time to individual patients (had someone spent Rs 500 for doctor consultation offline, they would have gotten much better attention & responses from the doctor).
2. Doctor asked me to take antibiotics for more than 6 days for a VIRAL infection, which was NOT REQUIRED & can lead to antibiotic resistance. (Medical negligence)
3. He asked me to take Meftal Forte for 2 days AGAIN, after already having taken it for 2 days. He didn’t even remember that the medicine was already prescribed & taken by me.
4. When I sought clarity about medicines to be taken, he replied in vague single line sentences which gave NO CLARITY whatsoever. It was literally like solving a puzzle whereas medicines and their dosage should be mentioned as clearly as possible.
5. The response I got from their medical team was highly unsatisfactory & showed that they had simply put the doctors words in writing & my concerns weren’t even addressed. The doctor himself said on chat that he is attending to multiple patients and hence cannot give much time to one.

They don't pay the doctor the online consultation fees. Too much charges. No response to the mail seeking what is the flow chart and timeline. They think doctors are living at their mercy

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Practo due to their mishandling of my professional designation. Despite being a qualified Counseling Psychologist specializing in relationship, marriage, and child psychology and being on their platform for last 4 years, Practo incorrectly changed my designation to Special Educator without any headsup or notice, which does not align with my Primary qualifications or expertise and was only an add on to enhance my Profile as a psychologist. They don't even understand the difference between an Counselling Psychologist and a Clinical Psychologist. More than 20 emails but incompetent Support Staff!

I have been following up for the past two months, repeatedly requesting a correction, yet my concerns remain unaddressed. The lack of responsiveness and accountability from their support team is highly disappointing. This misrepresentation affects my professional credibility and misleads potential clients seeking the right expert for their needs.

I strongly urge Practo to take immediate action in addressing this issue and improving their support system for healthcare professionals. If you are a practitioner considering listing your services here, be aware that such errors can negatively impact your reputation, and getting them resolved may be an uphill battle.

Fraud Company | Refund not issues.

I booked my lab tests on 5th Jan 2025 and its 17 Feb 2025, I haven't received the refund. I have calling the customer care each and every day but no update from their end. All they say please wait for 3-4 days.Pathetic service.

I booked my tests on 5 Jan it got canceled as the executive was unavailable on the requested date. Now the team is not ready to refund. I have been following up with them for the past 1.5 months and still, there is no action.

I will never recommend anyone to make an appointment or book a test from PRACTO. It's so pathetic to follow up every day to get my money back.
