I have emailed them multiple times over the past month requesting removal, but all I get are automated responses like "we will contact you shortly"âyet nothing happens! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the scheduled blood test under Booking ID: PRA-569184. The test was scheduled for today between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and I had been on a 15-hour fasting period as instructed.
However, no representative contacted or visited me during the scheduled time. This has not only caused significant inconvenience but also raised concerns about the reliability of your service. Additionally, I have already paid Rs. 3000 for the test, making this situation even more frustrating.
Please provide a clear explanation for this lapse and inform me how you intend to address the issue. I expect a prompt resolution, including either an immediate rescheduling of the test or a full refund of the payment.

Practo is worst
Practo is worst. The problem is they don't allow you to connect to hospital or clinic directly. Practo uses their common number which feels like they are making the whole point of direct access very difficult. They should allow direct contact to clinic/hospital/Doctors number without them interceding.

Practo has given wrong customer care number on its google page. There is no such number exists. No grievance handling mechanism, just befooling the people. Practo is defending the mistakes of some fraud and incapable doctors. I approached Practo for some resolution about a doctor's complaint but I received mail every time that my review cannot be published even though I have uploaded all the documents regarding that so hereby straightway defending the doctor.
So, this is a fraud website. I request people not to visit doc through Practo site.

I regret to share this disappointing experience, but I believe it's important for others to be aware. I booked an appointment with Dr. K Anupama through the Practo app on September 2, 2024. Instead of the scheduled video consultation, we had an audio call, during which my partner and I discussed our concerns. Dr. Anupama provided guidance and prescribed a series of medical tests, which cost us approximately â¹6,500.
We conducted the tests on September 3, 2024, and received the results the following day. On September 4, 2024, we sent the reports to her and received an automated WhatsApp message stating, "Sorry, we are unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible." Despite following up multiple timesâboth on WhatsApp and through the Practo appâwe have not received any further communication from Dr. Anupama. We have also raised this issue with Practo, but there has been no resolution.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Practo does not have a robust support system. Instead of human assistance, they rely on bots for handling queries like mine, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. I feel cheated, not just because of the lack of response from the doctor, but also because Practo charges more than what doctors typically charge for consultations, in addition to their platform service fee. Given this, I expected a much higher level of service and accountability.
As someone who works in the healthcare field myself, I find this level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism both disheartening and unethical. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. K Anupama or Practo for medical consultations.

He firstly gave a cocky reply on just a simple question and when I got upset and gave bad review he started bombarding me with anger and personal comments & rude messages and started calling me at 12 in the night !! Can you beat that !! I complained to practo on chat and reviews but in vain.

Practo charged patient for no show from doctor
How is patient responsible in penalizing if the doctor is not available. The cancelation was raised by the hospital due to above reason and the patient need to payoff 50/- after wasting time in reaching the hospital; spending the fuel charges; and doctor no skew without communication to the patient from hospital or Practo.
If somebody need to be penalizes then it is Practo or the hospital.
This is a great service as you guys are making money from innocent patients. This is a big scam from Practo.

I understand business makes micro cuts on operations to save cost but when a brand like Practo active in direct medical services, some shame should be there.
Unable to upload any screenshots here. I tapped on "HELP" that was on the consultation page, particularly regarding consultation. Help and support regarding Practo app and experience overall, is a different option, as per the Practo app itself.
Under this "HELP" option, the chatbot, without even tapping, redirects you towards feedback page, that too of overall Practo app experience and that's it for the "HELP" regarding "consultation".
All I wanted was to report some issue, regardless if any action to be taken or not, but clearly blocked by Practo. But I'll not distract this issue by discussing the reasons behind reporting, as those can be of multiple reasons and must be taken extremely seriously.
So, from 'HELP' about a session, to 'FEEDBACK' of Practo app. If you are trying to make a fool out of your customers, at least put some efforts.

In the end, all I can do is pray that no one faces any serious medical urgency to report, and ends up with this humiliating blockade. I find myself fortunate enough to able to handle the medical issue, converted into medical urgency by the Dr Yurvaj Arora Monga's staff. A simple report might have helped the doctor himself to at least see and avoid such happenings in future from their end.
Further making this situation intentionally ugly by Practo, intentionally fooling with "FEEDBACK" disguised "HELP" option.

I selected a doctor based on reviews from the Practo website, but my experience was disappointing. The doctor seemed rushed and didn't give my reports and recommendations the attention they deserved. Despite posting a detailed review and submitting my report as proof of visit, my negative feedback was never published. It seems Practo selectively publishes positive reviews, which is unfair to patients seeking genuine feedback. I urge Practo to be transparent and fair in their review process.
Poor delivery service
Poor delivery service. They'll call you n number of times to get the order delivered. One will call you to confirm the order, another one will call you to confirm if it is cash or online payment, next a person from pharmacy will call you to confirm the order, again the delivery person will call you to get your location. This is ridiculous. I think you should either update your tech that is currently used in the market for delivery experience or stop yourself from providing this poor delivery experience to the customers. Horrible.
