I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with this company. Their products are high‑quality, their range is impressive, and their customer service is genuinely outstanding. I’ve placed many orders with them over time, and I’ll definitely continue to come back for more.

Wendt, in particular, has been incredibly helpful. She’s always available when support is needed, and if any issue arises, she’s the first to reach out and make sure everything is resolved quickly and smoothly. Her dedication and professionalism make the whole experience even better.

Bulk item ordered for next day delivery, for which I paid extra. Item not recieved. Emailed them and was told it had been discontinued and would I like a substitute item. I declined and requested a refund. No reply.
Waited a week and then called them. Was told by Maria she would issue a refund and send confirmation email the same day. No refund or confirmation and no follow up to explain why.
Emailed company again and was told my query had been referred to their accounts department who would contact me on Monday 3rd August. No contact and still no refund.

I have now raised a dispute via my card company. The item I ordered is still being advertised on their site, despite being discontinued, which seems deliberately misleading for customers.

Too much hassle-Avoid!

I work in a school and wanted some cookies quite quickly for an event. Wendy was very helpful and arranged to send them straight away. I have since placed further orders which have been processed very quickly. Will continue to order from you, many thanks.

Excellent website which is easy to use. I have used several times to buy Zaytoun products. Quality and delivery have both been tip top. Wendy and Maria are always helpful and courteous. All in all...Highly Recommend.

Amazing process from start to finish, ordered 2 x 5kg of the finest Palestinian dates money can buy and these guys delivered in record time with precision. Will be ordering again...

DO NOT USE. Really poor service from these people. I agreed to wait for items to be in stock, but it then took nearly 6 months for my order to appear with no notification. Upon opening the flour was out of date and the coffee was in a different quantity to what I ordered(smaller bags, less in total). I informed them of the issues and it took several emails and phone calls to get a refund, and then they refunded the wrong amount, apparently because the coffee I didn’t order was more expensive than what I had ordered so they weren’t going to refund the full amount. They seemed sincere when I complained twice but I’ve just realised they didn’t refund me the remaining amount. This was my first order and my last. They are dishonest and obviously out to get as much money from a customer as poss. I will take the issue up with my bank.

Very helpful company. It is easy to speak to someone on the phone and they are happy to take orders over the phone as well as on their website. They are always a pleasure to deal with and their prices are generally competitive.

I’ve been a customer for a while- I find I get a good deal on my buys- mostly coffee-, and very good service. My suppliers come very quickly-if on occasion what I want isn’t available they communicate quickly and I have the choice of waiting or swapping. A great business!

Quick response when organic olive oil not available to notify me and offer an alternative. When my delivery did not arrive (which was entirely down to me) Wendy sorted it swiftly and effectively. Would have gone for 5* but my double payment didn’t get picked up immediately.

I want to express my appreciation to the Customer Service team at Premcrest. There was an issue with the delivery of part of my order and they were very professional and supportive in resolving the problem. I have always been very impressed by the care taken by this team to resolve any issues.

Honestly I've made orders for baby snacks from more than 7 websites, but premcrest was the best for me!
Excellent customer service, they follow up with us. And they send what is needed on time
Even when a mistake happened, they made sure to follow up and they honestly give a lot of time for the customer's satisfaction

The staff was very helpful, they responded to my emails quickly and my was parcel was delivered within a very short period of time.

Good service- thank you for your assistance with my recent order its come just in time.. I was very last minute but some lovely lady helped and made sure I receive the order on time.

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I paid for the items so I contacted them myself after not hearing anything for a few days. They said they didn't have the items in stock and would I prefer some alternatives. I said thanks, but I would like a full refund. They said that they could hold onto my order until they receive fresh stock, I had to reply for a second time that I would like a full refund. They said they would cancel the order and issue a refund. I waited over two weeks and didn't receive a refund. I had to get in touch with my bank to ask them to get the money back in the end. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

The confirmation email did not go into my spam folder - I never received any confirmation email at all. To say that I indicated I was happy to wait until you received fresh stock is an out and out lie and I have the email trail to prove this. I requested a refund and received nothing from you until I got my bank to force the refund from you. I have the bank statements to prove this.

The folk at Premcrest are always really helpful, making suggestions for substitute goods if something is OOS; providing a second rapidly delivered order when one of my parcels was way laid and I needed goods for my Open House Fairtrade event.

Customer service is brilliant. The team are always friendly and helpful and work really hard to sort out problems that are not of their making! Quite the best customer service team of any supplier I trade with. Well done Maria, Mary and Wendy.

Excellent customer service when there was a delay in sending out my order. And I have also received the dates I wanted.

I have bought from Premcrest before and they've always been great on price and speedy on delivery. This time, Wendy kept me up-to-date on the fact that my fairtrade, organic order wasn't yet available and offered to refund if I wished. Whenever I asked, they gave me an update. When they told me the Palestinian growers had no harvest this year of organic olive oil, they again offered a refund or a return of the difference if I wanted to settle for non-organic olive oil. They used DPD to deliver ... and it's a great partnership since DPD drivers have always gone out of their way to get delivery to us.
