DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order 4 days ago and paid for next day delivery. I have not received any confirmation email or any correspondence from the company yet they have taken my money! I have tried contacting the company but have had no response! Will have to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Do not use these scammers!

I ordered from Premcrest on February 21, 2024, got a confirmation email, but a week later, they said some stuff wasn't available and the prices went up. I had to pay more, thinking about my customers and reputation. Then, on March 7, they said prices were up again because the products were fresher and had longer expiry dates. Fed up, I canceled my order. After some back-and-forth emails, I got my money back on March 20, about a month after ordering.

Great customer service, delivery arrived secure and undamaged

Order sent 2 months later only. Half of the order was missing. Now in a email thread of over 30+ emails to try to get the refund.

My order was ready for collection within 24 hours, I was able to arrange to collect at a convenient time and this worked well as I live in Bradford. All the fairtrade items I ordered were in stock at a very competitive price and I hope to order from Premcrest again.

Maria from Premcrest was very friendly and helpful with my order for Fairtrade items for a special event, quickly suggesting alternatives for items they did not have in stock and despatching by courier to make sure all arrived in time- a very positive experience all round. I will order from them again. Thank you.

Ordered some stock to sell on Amazon, although some were out of stock, very quick delivery and competitive pricing, my main POC was Mary and she was very accommodating for any request, very professional wholesaler would definitely recommend!

Ordered a hard to find (for me at least!) product.
At payment it stated Out of Stock for some of my items - so I added a note asking for time to restock.

Quickly received a reply from Mary, who offered to either send what they had or to wait for more to be delivered.
As Mary had helped me with a challenge on an order last year, I was confident that she would sort any problems quickly.

I opted to wait for the full amount and have it delivered all together, and Mary again updated me on the restock date (only took a couple of days).

Ordered a product, out of stock but, Mary at Premcrest could not have been more helpful. I was offered alternative products to choose from or a full refund. This Lady is a credit to the company and the company is a credit to the supply industry.

Premcrest has a brilliant selection of foods to suit every palate, especially the selection of chocolate! However I order, we get immediate service from a very cheerful group of helpers. Thank you!

Great communication and customer service!
Good prices compared to other suppliers for the products I ordered :)
Just one issue maybe with a product ordered as a replacement but not the product I thought it was. No need to return with a third party with a high return fee :(

Don't trust this company!
They had my large order and money over 3 months ago
Promising next week, next week, next week.
Today issues refund notice, apparently nearly everything on there list is not available ?? Yet they still allow orders and take your money

I would say avoid at all costs

I have placed several orders with Premcrest over the last years, and they have always delivered, in the UK and to the Netherlands.
Fair products, good prices and the very best teas. Special mention of the excellent customer service, where Zara always finds a solution to uncommon questions or out-of-stock issues.

Premcrest has been our wholesale supplier of Fairtrade coffee for several years. I have been repeatedly impressed by their prompt, friendly service and their quick turnaround time in filling stock orders. 10/10 recommend.

Used several times. Very good at taking money but not good at the rest. So far over a month for a refund to process and and I've still not received anything. Terrible customer service.
