Long story I had I a l2 issue on my boiler which is to do with the boiler is not firing up. Basically the man diagnosed that the spark electrode need to be replaced. But even though he didn't test the transformer or use a multimeter or have any gas equipment with him, I know gas engineers Even more arm and electrical engineer and he glorified just guessed what was wrong with unit. You need to do proper testing to prove your diagnostics he just guesses and what I was telling him to test was the actual thing that was broken. He got it completely wrong. He doesn't know what he's doing. I doubt he has a gas qualification

I have used Premier Gas recently and had a great service from them. Unfortunately a faulty part needed replacing so Premier sent Craig out ASAP and replaced the faulty part and my boiler is working perfectly now. No fuss, no stress. Replaced and repaired with fantastic service. I highly recommend Premier Gas.

Great team all around from first contact with the lovely ladies through to arrival of Aran the engineer. Affable and respectful guy very efficient and knowledgeable did our boiler service (old Baxi back boiler) knew all there was to know about this old system that’s still working effectively. Premier Gas have serviced our gas appliances for several years. The staff in the office are always pleasant & extremely helpful. The engineers are skillful & thorough. They try to find a safe & economical solution to any problems. They are friendly, respectful of our property and clean up after themselves.

Can’t speak highly enough of Premier Gas Services. Had a leak and loss of boiler pressure through my own fault of removing a radiator. The call handler was polite and extremely helpful and after I told her my problem, she kindly went of her way to arrange for someone to come out despite having no one available. The engineer arrived within half an hour and blocked off the radiator valve and fixed the boiler whilst taking the time to tell me what I’d done wrong. Because of this excellent service, I will definitely use them again.
