The Premier Global brand, now backed by Study Active's leading educational products, paves the way for a new era in personal trainer qualification delivery. The previous company that was registered as Premier Global Ltd ceased trading in December 2022 and the Premier Global name was acquired by Study Active Limited in March 2024. As new owners of the Premier Global brand, we will aim to proactively respond to and help any previous Premier Global customer that approaches us for advice and guidance - but please note we are not the same company so do not hold any student records or payments from anyone who may of enrolled with Premier Global before March 2024. Prompt response and overall great customer service
I previously gained my Level 2 Fitness Trainer and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications with Premier Global.
Throughout the process, they provided quick responses to my questions and even took the time to call me to clarify what I was looking for.
Although I have not yet started my latest course, my experience with their customer service so far has been excellent.
Based on this, I would highly recommend Premier Global.

Tried to Hustle me
I did this course sometime ago, and received my level 2 fitness instructor certificate, I paid for level 3 AND foolishly got add-ons as I was bright-eyed and highly enthusiastic, upon completion of all the required courses and work, they didn't send me my level 3 certificate and were trying to hustle me for more money

I bought a bundle course which was…
I bought a bundle course which was totally fine. Passed my level 3 PT and was sorting out my new business. By the time i went to do my second course I learned that they had closed down! I have tried to contact them numerous times but I haven’t had any luck! I was never bot once notified of the upcoming closure of the company. I am absolutely disgusted that this company would take people’s money knowing that they wouldn’t have the chance to finish all the courses they purchased.

I finished my pre and post natal course…
I finished my pre and post natal course with them before they ceased the company but never received my certificate after passing and now i'm trying everything to get hold of someone so I can get my certificate sent to me... very upsetting :(

BIG NO NO.
Don't do it to yourself. Don't work with them , because they will scam you. Everything said about them in good reviews are fake ,made by them ,with fake accounts. They threat with court actions by sending home a letter to pay them for something that I didn't even started after seeing all reviews,I stopped there. Not paying them,and stopped to start the course. Hope everyone to see this and not even thinking to work with this people.

Worst company around
Worst company around, all advertising looks great but don't be fooled by it they have no consideration for students. The tutoring is a shambles they barely give you any advice or help if needed, honestly look for another personal training course its an entirely waste of time and money. Getting in touch with nasm seems to be not available most of there suggested numbers to call are lines that have been cut off. A Scam if i do say so myself.

From a proud student..
Had an amazing 10 months or so(yes, it took me that long to complete the course😅), learning with Premier Global NASM. The structure of the course outline in particular set the mood just right to indulge myself into all four of the textbooks. Despite my countless commitments over the span of these months, my tutor Mr. Suhail made my goal seem very easily achievable. It wouldn’t be wrong if i say that this was only made possible with the help of those detailed webinars presented by one of the best lineup of tutors, Suhail’s constant guidance and support with all the assignments, quizzes and exams and last but not the least the faith he has in all of his students cannot be miss!
Here’s wishing even more success to the entire team and a big thank you for giving me the best start to this new journey.

very good experience
very good experience, I learned a lot from the coach Suhail Faghih, he explained all my questions to me very quickly and efficiently, even with my difficulty in the English language he was very patient, I’m very happy. I had the best tutor !

Wayne Askin - Great tutor
I’ve just completed the S&C L4 course. The tutor Wayne Askin was really good. Always positive and really quick to respond to queries and emails.
Distance learning can be daunting so to have a tutor like Wayne, who was able to motivate and clearly explain what was required, was really helpful. He played a big part in keeping me focused to get through the course as quickly as I did.
