At the beginning

I just signed up now on the course and Mathew Campbell give me the full insight of everything, all the questions I asked were beyond my expectations when I got the answers from him and I’m looking forward to see what is next throughout the course. Got a feeling that this will empower everything I know towards nutrition and training. Plus all certificates are world wide recognised. Full review will be after I finish the course.

Horrific customer service. They think mental health is a joke and drive you into a depression as they are always demanding money every month for a course that doesn’t actually take place, no help what so ever. Me and parter rang to tell them we cannot carry on with the course as my partners mental health is massively deteriorating from this course and they laughed and told us to get a doctors note and only then can we cancel the course, a doctors note was provided and they told us he basically had 6 months to get better as they have paused his studies for 6 months. He has been promised help for years and none has been provided. After I made a complaint that they laughed at mental health over the phone, they apparently cannot find the phone call even though I gave the exact time and date of the phone call and “all calls are recorded” this course is nothing but false advertising. And they don’t care about the well being of there students, they’re just bothered on when the next payment is coming in. Disgusting!!!

So i signed up almost 3 years ago now. I was promised all the help in the world, which of course, i never got, 3 weeks of repeatedly asking for help email after email phone call after phone call i got no assistance. So as any normal human would i cancelled my direct debit. A whole year later, i got a message of a law company demanding the money back or threatening me with court action. Again i fought my corner. Didn’t hear anything for nearly 2 years. Now after nearly 3 years this same law firm is rejecting me speaking to Premier Global, and threatening me with court action after not receiving anything. At the time i was very disappointed as i wanted to do the course. My life has changed now and i am certainly not paying for something i did not receive and have no interest in receiving

I spoke with Terrell who gave me all the necessary info I needed to register for my training. Terrell was helpful and friendly. He also replied fast on my follow-up questions via email. Terrell did great from a sales perspective as well as customer service. Correct and friendly without being ‘too pushy’ just to make a sale. As a first contact with this company Terrell did a great job representing it.

I have just completed my level 2 in gym instructing with Suhail as my tutor. Every question I had or anything I was stuck on Suhail got straight back to me with the answers I needed which helped getting the pass. Starting my level 3 now and I Feel more refreshed knowing anything I need will be answered by my tutor. The platform is also very helpful making sure everything you need is in one place.

I am really enjoying this course and have found all the tutors to be extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable. I am studying online from Saudi Arabia and have found it easy to catch up any missed webinars as they are always recorded.
