My NASM course was very thorough. I really enjoyed it and although I was a little worried about the online format, it was really user friendly once I started the course. My only complaint is that I was a little unsure of the grading system for some of the online testing. I was inaccurately graded on a few questions which was really confusing and frustrating. Hopefully this was just a system glitch and been rectified. My tutor, Suhail, was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions and was very prompt to respond. I generally felt very supported during the course which was something I was a little concerned about, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The webinars were really great and I found it very useful to be able to watch them over and over again if needed. I would recommend this course to others!

I would give a minus if I could. The qualification itself is a joke and not worth a thing when compared to legitimate fitness training organisations like YMCA.

The online platform is complicated, slow and outdated. The teachers, are lovely but unfortunately seemed completely demoralised and fed up which isn’t very inspiring.

I made several complaints premier. Their only resolve was to offer me another one of their useless courses for free…. No thanks - keep that and put it where the sun don’t shine. DO NOT TOUCH THIS “TRAINING” PROVIDER - you’ll lose you money and have a totally pointless qualification. Please don’t make the mistake I did….

I achieved the diploma during COVID and found Premier Global to be very supportive with my personal circumstances and learning to ensure I passed (and at no extra cost). Lot's of email support and advice from my lead tutor Jo. The only part I struggled within was the OPT model at Level 3 as I felt the webinars weren't long enough or in depth and I would have benefited from practical/class room learning. The rest of the virtual course was fine and fitted in with my full time role. This is a great way to learn if you work in a gym, slightly more difficult if you're doing the individual PT route and don't have access to everyday practical application.

So far great course and great support , I am only at the beginning, but finding the course and the materials great and the support fantastic thank you Ross .

Great course, really comprehensive - thank you! Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly, from Andre at the outset, through all of the webinar tutors, my own tutor Nikos, and the success team, including Ross most recently. Nikos was great with support and guidance and was available for weekly tutor support calls and via e-mail. I'm now a qualified PT but am also signed up to continue studying with NASM Premier Global. Thanks all!

Great course, excellent tutors however it’s been nearly 5 months and I’ve not received my certificates. Very disappointed with this and it would now make me think twice about using or recommending premier global. Such a shame because other than this I found the courses great.

30.10.21 Issue has been resolved and certificates have arrived.

I studied my Level 2 Gym Instructor course during Lockdown. It's the best thing I have ever decided to do. I now work as a Full Time Fitness Coach at David Lloyd. I couldn't be happier. It's been 4 years in the making and I couldn't quite believe it when I got the Job. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new job. I strongly advise doing the course if you want to get into the industry. Very complete, live webinars and replays, great source of knowledge, easy to use online platform.
I had a few queries throughout the course that were always answered by email or phone.
Would definitely recommend Premier Global to anyone looking to pass their PT certification.

Fantastic course to enrol in and get my PT career off and running- live interactive webinars really make me feel like I'm there in the seminar and tutors immediately answer any queries I have.

Having completed my level 2 and level 3 qualification. Premier global are by far the most helpful caring team there is! Nothing is ever to much for them, and they are always at the other end of the phone if you need anything, there customer service is exceptional.100 percent recommend Premier global!

I completed my L2/L3 personal training qualification with NASM earlier this year and did a few more specialisations since then. I needed some changes making to courses I had booked and spoke to Ross today.
We had a great chat on the phone and all changes have been actioned.
Ross was professional, yet personable and super helpful.
I also got a follow-up email informing me of 'next steps' and what to expect.
