The items were as ordered but the lack of delivery tracking information was non existent also the lead time was quite long. This is not acceptable when the delivery charge is £25.00.

Poor service
Pay for new carpets on the 20/2/26 expecting them to be delivered on 9/3/26 still waiting so phoned customer service only to be told won’t be delivered until 24/3/26 .So won’t be using prima again and won’t be recommending them to anyone else

Unfortunate courier service damage
Even though the courier service damaged the item, Primark sent a replacement straight away by a different courier that still arrived within my time frame.

Product was expensive
Product was expensive and delivery charge an insult. Extra loss of star as most products not available under caravan and motorhome discount scheme.
