The service has always been slow and unreliable, now it doesn't even work, at all. Can't get to the drive, the site brings up a series of editing apps, no access to the drive, all the files appear to be gone.
A huge scam, avoid.

While they offer a great deal for lifetime storage, the site is garbage!!! Takes forever to upload and doesn't even upload everything. If an upload finishes with just a few attachments you have to log out and log back in just to upload more of your stuff. STAY AWAY, there is BETTER OPTIONS out there, even if they charge more. Less of a headache when spend more and less frustration and sitting at the computer. This was a waste of a purchase for me!!!! Had them over a year and it a hassle every time.

Ho acquistato il piano a vita quasi un anno fa e per caso mi é arrivata una loro newsletter.
Ho fatto il login e provato a caricare un file di 103MB.
L'upload del file effettivamente lo fa, ma in realtà non viene caricato effettivamente sullo storage e la rotellina del caricamento gira sempre. Ho provato con file piccoli fino 10MB e li carica sullo storage.
Quindi credo che si i 20 TB a disposizione siano reali, ma carica solo file di piccole dimensioni ed è lento. Comunque in questi giorni farò altre prove e nel caso modificherò la recensione.

very exciting cloud storage service solution for individuals as well as for enterprises corporations... Especially the Files In Preview option is awesome and separates it from other storage services... Uploading really disrupts first but when working is amazingly exciting.....

As all others told - scam. You re not able to upload anything bigger than a few kb and files disappear after some time.

Support doesn t care cause there is no support and of course they know that all works as designed.

When uploading multiple files, it will partially upload the first file instead of uploading all of them. Uploads are very slow, and the indexing process is inconsistent. If you try to upload a file again, it doesn't check for duplicates and simply creates another copy.

While uploading small files individually seems to work, trying to back up a large computer drive is impractical due to the slow upload speed and frequent errors.

The customer support team is unhelpful and provides little assistance.

Heel erg traag. 1 GB upload van wat foto's duurt meer dan 15 uur terwijl ik 1000 MB up en download heb en op amazon drive gaat dit binnen 1 uur.

Very slow, only web interface. Now I can not acces to my files, no answer from the support.

Was using them for 1 year and there after I noticed that all my images and videos are gone! I've contacted support over 5x and no one has gotten back to me.

What a loss of money and images/videos that I had uploaded only to PD

Bought two 20 TB lifetime accounts one for studies one for work. You get what you pay for only if you express disappointment and even then after a while it goes back not really uploading stuff. Sadly because I have seen it's abilities and believe that could conquer the market.

All the files I uploaded are gone. There are a few thumbnails of files left but those are corrupt & not downloadable. No customer service. Won't even upload new files.

This is totally worthless and useless. It worked a year ago when I first subscribed but for the last 8 months…nothing! No customer service responses…
Do not trust this — it will only take your money!!!

I got a lifetime plan to backup my pictures. You can only use the web client and with gigabit internet the speed is brutally slow. Once uploaded it says indexing and files never appear. Customer service is non existant

I'm unable to rate it at ZERO STARS but that is truly the rating since i've been trying to use this 2018 - 2024
1. No response to customer service inquiries
2. Unable to upload files consistently (speeds checked at 500mbps-1gbps)
3. Uploaded files (even just the small ones less than 1M) take hours to load (speeds checked at 500mbps-1gbps)
4. No longer able to view the previous files I uploaded. There is a download link for them now, but it leads to error codes.

I'm able to view the files i uploaded yesterday.
It's taken over 24 hours to load 1G.
I'm still no longer able to view the older files I uploaded in 2023. I still get error codes.

Unable to upload files anymore. It took 4 days to upload 20Gb 6 months ago, now I'm trying to download some of those files and every response is failing. I cannot access any of my uploaded files. I suspect I have been scammed.

This is a scam. I have written umpteen mails to them with no response. This is not a real company just an excuse to steal money.

I want my money back now.

Can not upload any type of file after signing up for the 20tb life time service. Trying to reach customer service got no body. Used their contact us form via the website 3x and not a single person ever responded.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS .

Prismdrive is a scam. Avoid and save yourselves some bother. I put in a request for refund and they never even get back to you. pcloud and icedrive are some great alternatives for lifetime plans.
