Absolute fraud. Clicked on first row tix, (being 116 ahead of me), check mark appeared and they were reserved in my basket. After paying, saw they were actually SEVENTEEN ROWS BACK, AND MORE MONEY!!! This entire experience left me angry and not even wanting to go to a show I've waited for for 20 years!!! YOU BOTH SUCK "Queue-it.com" and ATG Tickets. SCAMMERS AS USUAL.
Absolutely terrible app. Wait time estimates a complete joke. And increase randomly. Wait times should decrease over time not increase.
Just spent 2 and half hours trying to buy tickets for something I have been waiting for, only for Queue-it to redirect me straight back to the end of the queue after reaching the start of the queue to choose my tickets. Waste of time and cruel chucking me out when I got to he winning post for a ticket.Ths system was put in place by the Royal Arts Academy London for the event I wanted to go too.
I can't imagine why a company would buy this product. Is the cost to increase your data farm to handle more audience such a lift that you would lose 80% of your audience due to this queue? Got to save it's presented me from booking 3 times @WoldLodge and 2 times @fluevog.
Like others have said, when my time came it refreshed numerous times saying I'll be redirected to the booking website soon, but instead I got a 'rejected' error:
'Rejected queue number. There has been an error, and your queue number has been rejected. We have reported the issue and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, you will need to click the button below to get a new place at the END of the queue.'
That's a joke and can infuriate many many people, luckily I wasn't that keen on what I wanted to book but it's clear the tech is not fit for purpose.
AWFUL. Trying to buy tix for the San Diego Old Globe "Grinch". Sales opened at noon. I immediately logged in, and was given a queue number of 140, and was told I'd be able to buy tix by 12:08. That came and went. The page refreshed numerous times, each time telling me "it is your turn, you'll be redirected soon". Then, at about 1:20, I was kicked out, and told to re-join the queue. I did - my number was now 1210. USELESS !!!
Had the ticket. Advanced page to pay and it stopped loading the page.
Spot lost. Ticket lost. Now 1598 ppl ahead of me in line.
Had a terrible experience trying to buy tickets for the Ghibli Museum in Japan where a month's worth of tickets sells out in ~1 hour. Used 4 separate devices and when I got to the front of the queue for all of them, the page refreshed without an error, repeated 3x, then said "Queue Rejected" and placed me at the end of the line. There was no explanation as to why. Later the same day an HTTP 503 error was restricting access. There are MANY, MANY reports of this online from others.
I had carefully prepared my browser setting to the best of my abilities. The pre-queue instructions were not particularly clear and Queue-It could do a much better job of communicating the technical requirements to people BEFORE they join a queue.
Likewise, if it were a technical issue on the client site (my browsers), it would be more sensible for Queue-It to verify whether I might encounter problems BEFORE I enter the queue, not when I am at the very front.
The laughable analogy that I came up with is that Queue-It is akin to waiting in a queue of people only to trip at the front of the line, then be sent to the very back.
With immense disappointment, there was no way for me to book the tickets I wanted and I won't be able to enjoy that important attraction on my trip to Japan, all because of Queue-It.
I would give no stars if possible. I waited twice for nearly an hour for me then to be rejected and have to return to the end of the queue. Nonsense site. If there was something wrong with my "queue number" that would cause a rejection, I should be told when I join the queue and not when I am first in the queue.
If I could give it zero starts I would. Waited 1hr 45mins to be rejected and put back in the queue for the tickets to be SOLD OUT
Got on when tickets were made available but there were already almost 7000 people in front of me. How? Waited almost 4 hours for chance to buy ticket to Ghibli Museum in Tokyo. When my turn finally came up, it showed the purchase site then flickered back to the waiting queue page a few times, back and forth. Finally it said Error, I wasn't authorized to see this site. Clicked back, saw queuing page again, said it was my turn, then said "Rejected queue number. There has been an error and your queue number has been rejected. Go back to end of queue." WHY? WHY? WHY? No explanation. Horrible, horrible system.
The indicator got finally 2 mins to go and all of a sudden back to over 1 hour. This is a definite Joke! I am still laughing HAHA
After 3 hours the chance to get one of 3 thousand Cathay Airways tickets was of course gone...Thank's for wasting my time!

It is a Joke. I have been in a Queue for Ramint since 7.30am 6/04/23. Start was 8.30am and I have been in that queue showing "Over an Hour wait" for over 3 1/2 hours. So much for their upgrade.
04/05/23 - Been in the Queue since early morning and now 8.20pm . The indicator got to 45mins to go and all of a sudden back to over 1 hour. - Is a definite Joke.
Now 9.40pm and got down to 15 mins then blew out to 27 mins. - Wake up Ramint.
Tried to book 2 tickets for the Eurovision party in Liverpool, went through the whole process - even to the point of putting my card details in - ended up with nothing ( except a forced registration to Queue it ticketing !!). Absolutely fuming !! X-(
