Joined the queue and waited as numbers and time counted down then their system failed to redirect me to the website - and put me to the back of the queue. Not fit for purpose. Failed to get the tickets I wanted.
For the first time I was near the head of the queue for Newcastle united tickets (769) On site in10 mins, picked seat, went to pay, system failed, put back in queue 12564!!!. No chance of ticket, complained to NUFC no response. What is going on????
Definitely a scam site. The queue broke during a badge sale for san diego comic con and sent me to the back of the line after being at the front and kept me there until the event ended. When contacting support I received a copy/pasted message about how they're not responsible for anything (apparently including whether or not the queue system actually does its job) and ignored my attempts to get it resolved.
So zero customer support, zero reliability, zero willingness to actually provide a working product. If there was an option for zero stars I would use it.
EDIT: Got a message from Trustpilot, rather than actually address the issue, Queue-it tried to get them to take down my review by claiming it wasn't a real experience in the hopes I wouldn't notice when Trustpilot asked me for verification. I've since sent screenshots of our interactions as well as my experience with their system to Trustpilot and I hope they put up a warning. Queue-it should definitely not be used by any reputable company under any circumstances
Seems like a scam. Trying to buy tickets to a small local community theatre event, that is hosting multiple small shows with the first still multiple months away.
Apparently thereâs 20,000 people in front of me trying to buy this specific date of the show, and thereâll be a minimum of an hour wait for the website to serve (?) all these customs in the virtual line before weâre able to try purchase our own tickets.
Terrible. Rejected every time it came to my turn on the Hampton Court Palace queue.

Kom fint ind, registrede min ansÞgning på 10 min. MEN da jeg nåede til godkend , ja så gik det fine IT system ned da jeg trykkede på godkend knappen.
Så dermed har jeg spildt en del timer på forberedelse mm .. Alt i alt Þv eftersom jeg stod til at skulle have max. tilskud til en jord/vand varmepumpe. 25K
Nu kan jeg så få en ny plads som nr. 17000 hvor der pga teekniske udfordrigner ikke lukkes mange ind af gangen.

Som opfÞlgning kan fortÊlles at jeg efterfÞlgende har fået beviliget tilskud fra puljen.
Ligeledes ser det ud til at man er ved at få styr på systemerne. Men det Êndrer ikke på den oplevelse jeg og mange tusind andre havde på dagen hvor der kunne sÞges om tilskud.

Har nu flere gange i trÊk (5-6 gange), forsÞgt at komme ind på en hjemmeside jeg normalt bruger jÊvnligt.
Alle gange er jeg rÞget i kÞ og fået at vide mit nr. er aktivt i 20 minutter.
Efter et stykke tid, får jeg at vide at jeg nu er kommet gennem kÞen, men kun for at få at vide "Afvist kÞ nummer".
"Der er sket en fejl, og dit kÞ nummer er blevet afvist. Vi har rapporteret fejlen, og beklager. DesvÊrre er du nÞdt til at klikke på knappen nedenfor for at få en ny plads sidst i kÞen."
UseriÞst, og jeg håber da de firmaer der bruger denne såkaldte service, opsiger aftalen.
Har stået i "queue-it" kÞ for vaccine siden kl. 7:50 som nr. 52.000, kom igennem kl.9:00. Så snart jeg skulle indtaste nem-id. kom jeg tilbage i kÞ- nu som nr. 58.000. Kom igennem igen ca. kl. 10:30, her melder den så fejl. Og kom igen i kÞ, nu som nummer 86.000....!!!!! Klokken er nu 11:05 og er stadig i kÞ........... Det virker jo ikke!!
Når man kommer igennem, bliver man smidt bagi kÞen igen. Er på 3 forsÞg nu...

Efter 10œ timer i kÞen til at sÞge tilskud i Bygningspuljen 2021 blev min tur, men Queue-It meldte fejl da den prÞvede at skifte automatisk til registreringsside. Eneste mulighed var at trykke på "Tilbage". Det gjorde jeg så 4-5 gange med skiftning af browsere undervejs. Til sidst, sagde den noget om at den har rapporteret fejl og beklager, hvorefter jeg blev bedt om at stille mig bagest i kÞen igen.
Jeg har mistet potentielt 20.000+ Kr tilskud til luft-til-vand varmepumpe, og det nytter ikke noget dens beklagelse.
Making people wait in line virtually before they wait in line in reality is just a terrible plan, does not support family appointments and creates a huge waste of time for anything beyond a single user.

this is stupid. i was told that about had about 1 hour left in the queue until it was my turn. i waited 6 hours just to be told itâs out of stock. the worst part is that people were logging on and grabbing the ps5 with only waiting 5 or 10 mins in the queue. You really need to fix this. Itâs not really a queue if it lets people randomly join ahead of you. my and my 7 friends all had this problem. we waited on game from 9am until 3pm to get the ps5 but we never got to the end of the queue because new queuers joined causing us to be put back at the begging of the queue. you as a company should rethink the name of your company from queue-it to queue scam
