Very very slow delivery. I wanted a hat for a holiday but it didn't arrive in time.

So I want to return it.

I started a return and they knocked £5 off to return it so I won't get all my money back either.

Honestly, I have never dealt with such an incompetent, uncaring company. TERRIBLE, bordering on non-existent customer service. Not dispatch or tracking info sent. No replies to customer service emails asking for help. Just shocking. Avoid like the plague.

Item returned as sizing was irregular and no refund as yet

over 3 weeks and no order received.
customer service is not existent
phone lines are switched off as to many calls -sounds like joke but it is not
no responses on messages left via contact forms

Bought a pair of flip flops. Order processed quickly delivery was prompt. The product quality is good. I highly recommend these. Also the sizing guide was accurate.

Took about 10 days to get the item despatched. After that, I could not track the item even though the e-mail said just click on the "track your item" link - it was not an actual link. After 2 more days I got it delivered at least.

Worth noting that trying to get the order cancelled I was told by AI that orders cannot be cancelled "so that the process is quick", something which definitely was not true seeing as it took 10 days to despatch.

short sleeve shirts you make have a straight across base-cool, no tucking in…….why the heck can’t you make a LONG SLEEVE collared shirt with a straight across base-that YOU DO NOT TUCK IN!! -i have altered many tuck in type long sleeve collared shirts myself with my own sewing machine-they look BETTER!

3 weeks order still hasn’t came. Everytime I submit an order question it won’t send, it just says email to be verified. The track my shipment button doesn’t work absolute joke

I bought a pair of slides for my partner (the second pair as he loved the first pair so much he wore them into the ground), however after a few wears around the home and then their first camping trip (day one), one of them fell apart (after 3 wears in total). I have contacted Quiksilver through their support page and via email and get the same automated response asking for photos/ more info (of which I provided in my original claims). I never hear back from them after this. I have tried twice now. Really disappointed with the quality and customer service!!!!

I'm stunned. I ordered an item online from their official UK website on 12th July, I received an order confirmation email and then on 18th July an order shipped (allegedly by Royal Mail) email. The tracking link didn't work. On 27th July I received a thanks for shopping with us email and a request to rate the experience. Since the order hadn't arrived yet I used their online contact form to say I hadn't received my order. I didn't receive a response so on 31st July I sent another message saying I hadn't received my order and that I would chargeback the money they'd taken from my credit card if the issue wasn't resolved. On 1st and 5th August I received automated responses to those two messages saying they have a customer service backlog etc. On 7th August I tried to use their AI chatbot three times to get the status of my order and received an error each time. I contacted my bank and did a chargeback on the money they'd taken. On 12th August I received three emails asking how satisfied I was with the service I'd received from the chatbot. It's so bizarre that they would behave this way, I have heard that if companies have a lot of chargebacks then credit card companies will blacklist them.

Tried to use this company again. Epic fail. They did not ship until 8 days after purchase. They do not answer emails and when they do ship the tracking link does not work. Terrible - I will not be using again!

Wrong item received

Quicksilver sells clothing made from organic cotton. In the sale, it’s a good price but with the sale on sale, it’s a very good price. Free membership means you also get free returns.

Loved quiksilver, since the eighties. Best surf designed logo ever. The vest is soft,comfortable and keeps the chill off, if riding in board shorts and just the Rashy.

All produces delivered within the specified time, kept in the loop with the shipment. Well made, you can see it is good quality.

My order hasn’t been delivered yet. It’s been nearly 2 months. No updates.

Item not received yet! Taking a while

I ordered a gift on July 22nd. After hearing nothing, I chased them and was told there was a delay. Magically, the very next day I got an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking link was completely dead. I contacted them again over a week later, only for them to admit the order is actually still delayed. It is impossible to get a straight answer or speak to a human instead of a useless chatbot. I am now demanding a refund and preparing to dispute the charge with my bank. Avoid this company.
