Quiksilver pushed a load of ads at me about their new Faherty collab. They advertise an awesome retro cap, pink and light blue. I ordered, not cheap but worth it I thought. £55. A cheap dad cap all sort of dark washed blue with a simple logo patch on the front turned up. Apparently THAT'S what they have, that other cap shown in the photos doesn't even exist. This is a major con, intentional or otherwise and now I have to pay the return fee?? First and last time ordering from them, this has to be false advertising, I've contacted the ombudsman and also Faherty to tell them to check this as it'll damage their brand.

Ordered a pair of boardshorts over a month ago. Order shows up as failed, customer service completely ignore emails, no phone number to call. Avoid like the plague.

Shopper here for many years, great when it's value for money, always fashionable, good selection and have quality materials and styles offered. Sometimes can get the odd thing wrong with material, size and or delivery. But they sort it oute
Mostly good quality and spot on with quality for size, good delivery and pricing (altho shorts always out of reach on average)

Having returned an item on the 15th July. I am still awaiting my refund.
No customer care with this company or any communication.
I will not be buying from this company again and I would advise other to also avoid.
If you want quicksilver then buy from a shop as the online business is disgustingly terrible.

Terrible customer service, never respond to questions and waiting over 3 weeks after returning some items for the refund, again no response from customer service.

Great quality, been wearing quiksiver for over 30 years now

I decided to write here because I find the return/refund process unacceptable in this day and age

I bought some flip flops for £25, shipping costs £3.95. They did not fit. I returned them, being delivered back to them on the 16th of July. Today, 3rd of August, I get the email notification with the details of the refund process

£25 refund - £5 return fees = £20

In summary, you pay 29 for an item that you get 20 refunded. £5 return fees!

Anyway, I don't normally write here but this time I feel I have to. Last time I buy directly from them.

I have been trying to contact customer services for over a month as the first time my husband wore his new swim shorts they ripped the whole way down the seam. No response other than from the AI assistant asking me not to message multiple times as they are experiencing high levels of requests. A month is not acceptable I can only assume they are about to go bust or into administration, terrible customer service would not advise purchasing from here again. Disappointed

On two occasions this company have failed to deliver the items and not refunded me.
They just blame the courier and the courier blames them.

Unfortunately, like many other customers, I've also had issues with a returned item. The tracking shows it was delivered back to the company on 2 July, but I still haven't received my refund. I've also sent several enquiries through their website, none of which have received a response.

With no other option left, I initiated a credit card dispute today. The order was nearly GBP200, so it's not an insignificant amount.

I won't be purchasing from this company again. It's very disappointing to see such a well-known brand treating its customers this way.

Still awaiting a refund almost 3 weeks after returning the item due to it not fitting. Their customer service is non existent - just an AI bot.

Horrendous customer service. They no longer give refunds even though I sent the item back!!!!! And the clothes are now made cheaply. Sad

Too small for its size 31 fits me in every other brand this dosent , I measured they are just under 30” and I bought a 30

I’m done with quicksilver if this is how they treat me

I placed an order on 19 June and received the item a few days later. Unfortunately it was a gift that wasn't quite right so returned the item on 29 June, using the Quiksilver return label. In addition, I have proof of postage.
It is now 28 July and I have not yet received a refund. My enquiry of 14 July via the website simply generated an auto-response, which did not address the issue. I followed this up with a reply, which I still have not received a reply to. I tried to call the Customer Services team today, but the phone lines are not being answered (pre-recorded message to tell you that they cannot answer any calls because they are too busy). This is appalling customer service (or, rather, lack of). For a long established company you would expect better systems and processes to be in place. It should not be difficult to get your money back on an unwanted item. I am disgusted with the poor quality of service and I would strongly discourage anyone to buy an item from them.

Quiksilver have always sold great hoodies and T Shirts that last.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers size36. I received 2 pairs size 40🤷‍♀️. I have made at least 4 attempts to raise the matter with customer service. They appear inert and indicate they are overwhelmed currently 🤷‍♀️. Pathetic service. I won’t be tempted again. A pity as I used to love their products but am now reduced to trying to get my money back by chargeback 🤞.

Bad processing times, poor support from support team and a £5 return fee more than my shipping fee to me!
