Lucian and the entire Ferrum team are, quite simply, the best in the business. No matter how big or small the issue, they handle everything with remarkable speed, flawless efficiency, and the warmest of smiles. Whether it's rescuing you from a lockout after you've left your keys inside the flat, or swiftly fixing anything that needs attention, they're always there — always one step ahead — making life in this building an absolute breeze. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care turn what could be everyday headaches into non-events. A massive, heartfelt thank you to all of you — you truly make this building feel like home!

Good morning! My family and I moved from Oxford to this wonderful apartment. The staff here make us feel safe and well-cared-for; the maintenance team helps with everything—from the moment I arrived to simple tasks like changing a lightbulb. I’d like to mention Lucian, Andrea, Karol, and Hugo, who are always efficient and cheerful, and respond very quickly whenever I need something. I also want to mention the wonderful receptionists; they are cordial and efficient. I’ve felt safe and happy living here for almost a year!

Very good apartment, and nice service. The resident team and staff are really nice and there to help you. Got a lot of help from Karol and Lucian since I moved in. Hope I will keep having wonderful stay here.

I recently moved out after 5 years in the Madison building. The apartment itself was generally great, but the Quintain Living residents team were consistently poor throughout my tenancy for the following reasons:

Utilities & Accounts: Erroneous utility bill calculations, some dating back 4 years, which remain unresolved despite countless emails and evidence provided. I've spent many hours dealing with their finance teams about utilities, repeating the same information over and over. No responsibility was ever taken.

Deposit tactics: £734 of “final account balance” was carried forward into the deposit claim, despite relating to the aforementioned historic utility disputes which they failed to resolve. They've also tried to claim another £265 for damage/redecoration for nothing more than wear and tear. These have gone to a tribunal.

Car parking: Persistent problems with the gate not opening. I was left to deal with the inconvenience, with no discount offered despite the excessive cost.

Response times: Inconsistent. As mentioned, some issues dragged on for months or years without resolution.

Contracts: No flexibility offered at renewal despite my requests, even after years of tenancy.

Facilities: The gym took several months longer to complete than originally promised.

Parcel security: A parcel of mine was stolen from the parcel room, but support was minimal.

In summary, Quintain Living were seemingly incapable of dealing with anything beyond the most simplistic issues. Their behaviour around utilities, accounts, and deposit handling has been appalling. For the £100k+ I paid on time over 5 years, to now dishonestly claim a final account balance from the deposit demonstrates how little they value long-term residents.

Their 1-star ratings are almost hitting one in three on Trust Pilot which tells its own story, no matter how much they like to respond with generic PR spin.

The staff are very good, very warm and friendly, and solve problems very quickly! Thank them very much.

Great place to live. Convenient, modern, concierge always willing to help and rapid response to any repairs/cosmetic issues from handymen

I moved into Ferrum in January with my friend and every step of the way we have been supported by the team in the building. Making the environment extra safe, extra calm and extra comfortable. Most importantly Lucian and the maintenance team have provided us with advice, guidance and support as we have moved to wembley for the first time, and it has made us feel at home and settled very quickly. With their attentiveness, kindness, rapid response and ability to solve all issues that may arise. I can not thank them enough and they are the reason I will continue living here! Thank you for the kindness of all Ferrum staff you make us feel extra at home

This is a great property, especially thanks to the maintenance team led by Lucian. They truly work around the clock, always ready to help whenever needed, and are consistently polite and professional. The resident team and other staff members are wonderful as well.

Have been living at QL for 6 years now and have loved every part of the experience. A special shout-out to Shekhar and Milton for all their kind help, always going above and beyond for every query I've had. The best reception team!

We have been living in a Quintain property for almost five years and recently moved to another flat. Throughout the process, the entire Residents Team was very supportive, Patricia, Salma, Sam. All were very helpful throughout our move and made sure we had the support we needed. A special thank to Patricia, even on a day when she wasn’t working at this building, she still made sure to help us.

The maintenance team also ensured that the flat met the standards they promised. They replaced the sofas and mattresses, removed unwanted furniture, and took care of everything that needed attention. Special thanks to Manning, Mani, and Tony, who visited several times to make sure everything was completed to a high standard.

We really appreciate everyone’s professionalism, help, and support throughout the move.

I've lived in Landsby West for the last four years. Unfortunately due to work, I have to relocate in Wales. The total experience living in the said Building is amazingly wonderful but it would have not been that achievable if not for their diligent staff at the reception. I would like to thank Shekhar Sangwan who made my movement out smoothly. He helped in his best efforts to facilitate the moving out despite the hectic weekend. He is always approachable and willing to go extra mile. Always courteous and accommodating which is essential to the job that he does. On top of that he always welcome everyone with a smile. Thank you to all of the staff at Landsby West , Quintain Living! Hope to see you all again at some point. Shekhar , I give you 5 stars out 5 🤗
