Thank you for getting in touch and taking the time to share your detailed feedback.

We do apologies that your shoes didn’t come with a shoe bag, that’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. We will happily send one out to you, please can you provide a shipping address and we would be happy to send this to you.

We understand sizing can be tricky, especially if you want to wear thicker wool socks in colder weather. Sizing up is definitely something we recommend if you plan on using thicker socks, and we’re always here to help with sizing advice to ensure the best fit for you.

We also would like to apologies that your delivery experience with FedEx wasn’t up to expectations. We strive to provide smooth shipping, and your feedback will be passed on to help improve our service going forward.

Despite these issues, we’re glad to hear you like the design and build quality of your first cycling shoes. We hope they’ll continue to perform well on your rides, and we appreciate you choosing QUOC for your cycling journey.
