Firstly, we want to sincerely apologise for the frustration and letdown this caused. We completely understand how exciting it is to score something you’ve had your eye on — especially at a great price — and how disappointing it is to have that moment taken away. Cancelling your order was absolutely a last resort, due to low stock levels after a busy period, and we’re genuinely sorry you were affected.

If you're still interested in the Gran Tourer XC, I’d be more than happy to assist with colour options, sizing advice, or future availability. We’d love to help you find a pair that works for you.
