For loosening the laces, try pulling the loops first to release tension, then work your way down and pull the two sides a part.

Thank you for your patience for our reply, we wanted to ensure this was fully investigated before we could get back to you.

We have since responded to your most recent email with a plan of reconcillation, we would like to publicly and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

As we have mentioned in our latest email to you, we have since switched review platforms to Trustpilot within the past 6 months, which meant some previous product and service reviews on a differing platform had been lost. Trustpilot now enables reviews such as yours to remain visible even if we opt to leave or change platforms again, our apologies once more if this was not made clear at the time.

We do share your frustration in sizing, and wish we could have helped, our returns policy in the US currently supports free exchanges should you find the shoes too small upon trying on. A service we would have arranged on your behalf, if requested around the time of purchase.
