Hey Ashton,

Thank you for your feedback on this order and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have since fully refunded your order inclusive of all shipping costs for these replacement dials in reflection of this approved warranty claim and extension of our service. Please allow 2-5 business days for this refund to show against the method of payment.

We can confirm we replied to your initial email via info@quoc.cc on 18/10/2024, requesting confirmation of your shipping address and further details to complete your warranty claim. Upon your initial email, your warranty claim was approved and we were awaiting confirmation of these details, we did not receive a reply from you hence our inaction. We can only apologise further for lack follow up by other means.

We are now looking to amend the shipping cost of items such as this which are stored within the US alongside the shoes. Unfortunately, the cost of insuring and shipping goods across multiple states within the US is incredibly varied and led to the implementation of a flat shipping fee for all goods, as we grow in the US we will see a more adaptable pricing structure for shipping to ensure fairness across the country.

Thank you for your feedback on your order, we share in your disappointment.

We have since arranged for a new shoe bag to be dispatched to you as soon as possible, this is currently being held in customs pending your verification. If you have any issues in regards to its clearance through customs please contact us.

The reason for its lack of inclusion in your initial order was that a shoe bag was not standard in older models of the shoe including this pair of black Mono IIs.

We will see the inclusion of shoe bags standardised for 2025 in those shoes which carry a higher price point. Including the current M3 Air and GTXC models.

Thank you again for your order which is greatly appreciated by by the QUOC team as well as you understanding and patience while the new shoe bag is being dispatched to you.
