Hey,

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us. We apologise for the trouble with FedEx; we know how crucial a smooth delivery experience is and regret the issues this caused. We're currently exploring alternative carriers to prevent this kind of problem from recurring.

To improve the experience for our EU customers, we’ll also be opening an EU warehouse in 2025, which will streamline deliveries and reduce additional costs from shipping out of the UK. In the meantime, we’ve issued a refund for your duties, taxes, and shipping fees on your order as a gesture of our apologies.
