The customer service is second to none, they make it easy to understand however when you do run into issues you have a real person giving helpful advice the same day.

Very helpful and the website is VERY…
Very helpful and the website is VERY easy to navigate....I do wish they were a bit more "reachable" when it comes to needing immediate answers; however I do always get my questions answered in a reasonable time.

INITIAL REACTIONS
I have only recently signed up to Radio.co and am getting to grips with the different functionalities. I have been really impressed with the amount and quality of tutorials which you have made available, and for your response speed when replying to my emails. It's a great feeling to have the support of such a helpful and experienced team. That's what makes the difference for me. It was lacking with my previous service provider and that's why my early experience with Radio.co is worthy of 5 stars!!

I have always been given quality support from Radio.co. I do wish they had a way to contact them through a phone call. I'm afraid the message systems are hard for me personally to convey my issues, but it's OK. The people at Radio.co are great.

They make sure it's very hard to cancel or find a way to cancel the free trial. They will charge your credit card without notifying you which is illegal in my province. Beware this is very scammy.

The cancellation process is very simple. In Radio.co you just need to head to Settings > Billing > Cancel your account.

Clear and fast. Everything works fine.
Only the crossfading could be a bit easier, but we hardly use that, so that's okay.
