All of our products are made to order, with an estimated production time of 3–5 business days, followed by shipping time of 7–12 business days. Based on this timeline, your order is still in transit as expected and has not yet passed the estimated delivery window.

To clarify, all of our products are designed in the USA and manufactured either in the USA or in select Asian countries, depending on the product and shipping destination. Each item goes through the same strict quality control process to ensure it meets our standards before shipping.

For this particular item, we work with trusted manufacturing partners in Hong Kong. Due to global logistics and distribution routes, tracking systems may sometimes display “China” as the shipment origin when packages pass through nearby hubs.
