I have 5 ponchos from this brand and they are all fantastic.
I decided to order my son his first, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer services and Nikki responded.
I now have the correct size being sent out whilst the old one is in transit back. The customer care and quality items are always fantastic, I will continue to purchase from Rainkiss

Jetzt habe ich andere Kommentare gelesen, in denen Kunden von denselben Problemen berichten, und ich denke ebenfalls, dass es sich um Betrug handelt. Es ist wirklich schade. Sie machen viel Werbung auf Instagram, aber die Realität sieht ganz anders aus. Ich werde mich bei der Verbraucherzentrale beschweren.

I love my Rainkiss ponchos, ordered them years ago, wear them all year round - I live in Hamburg Germany, a city with often massive rain.

I had some issues with one of the buttons and the costumer support was absolutely lovely and generous.

Overall a great company with fashionable yet durable products. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Excellent rain poncho for travel. Truly, waterproof. Great length for adults, nice and long. Love the hood! My niece who is 9, wears her poncho all the time when it rains (she lives in FL) and gets tons of compliments on it. I even bought her two younger brothers their own poncho. Great price! Absolutely excellent customer service ❤️

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. I ordered a rain hat for my daughter over a week ago, but have still not received the item. I also never received a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service, but have yet to receive any reply.

I’m very disappointed with how this order has been handled and hope to receive either a response soon or a refund. As it stands, I cannot recommend this shop.

I purchased a poncho online from the sale and it never arrived. I have had a communication once but since then I have not had any responses to my emails even though initially they offered to send me a poncho from their uk site. Any how very very poor customer service, no poncho and no refund. Be careful folks

Mooi product, van gerecycled materiaal. De zak op de voorkant is ook meteen het opbergzakje. Ontzettend vriendelijk aan de telefoon bij mijn vraag. Gisteren besteld en vandaag het product binnen. Dik tevreden!

I gave the poncho as a gift, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. Even though the 14-day return period had already passed, the Rainkiss team was incredibly kind and flexible and still offered me an exchange.
The customer support was fast, personal, and extremely helpful — the new item was shipped immediately without any extra cost.
The design is stunning, the material feels high-quality and is very comfortable to wear.

Great ponchos for rainy climates like northern-Spanish one, but the best of all is their customer service: I had to send a product back because I picked the wrong size and the entire process was fast and smooth.

I placed an order expecting delivery within 3–5 business days, as stated on the website. After 7 days with no update or tracking information, I contacted the seller myself. Initially, they did not respond, then later claimed that the order was already on its way. However, they later admitted that the order had not been shipped at all.
The seller has ignored my further messages requesting either a refund or tracking details. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this store.

Addendum: the reply states that after the refund, I wrote negative feedback to the owners of the company as well. This is not true - the response to my request and refund happened only after I posted reviews and wrote to the owners. I think that was the only thing that helped me get my money back. The date the feedback was posted was April 18, the refund and response to my request was April 19.
