I placed an order expecting delivery within 3–5 business days, as stated on the website. After 7 days with no update or tracking information, I contacted the seller myself. Initially, they did not respond, then later claimed that the order was already on its way. However, they later admitted that the order had not been shipped at all.
The seller has ignored my further messages requesting either a refund or tracking details. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this store.

Addendum: the reply states that after the refund, I wrote negative feedback to the owners of the company as well. This is not true - the response to my request and refund happened only after I posted reviews and wrote to the owners. I think that was the only thing that helped me get my money back. The date the feedback was posted was April 18, the refund and response to my request was April 19.

ik kocht deze poncho omdat ik de camino ga wandelen maar bij mijn eerste test vandaag waren zowel mijn rug als mouwen van mijn jasje eronder helemaal nat. Teleurstellend aangezien bij hun beschrijving staat, 100 procent waterdicht maar mijn ervaring is anders. Voor dat geld had ik meer verwacht en ik kan op zoek naar iets anders voor mijn pelgrimage dat is duidelijk.....NA CONTACT KREEG IK BEVESTIGING DAT MIJ N ANDERE IS OOGESTUURD.QUA SERVICE OK DUS EN HOPELIJK NU WEL WATERDICHT

2 weeks has passed and I haven’t heard anything about my order, even though I paid money for the shipping that supposed to take 3-5 days to be delivered. I needed the rain poncho for the music festival, the poncho never came, music festival has passed, I was trying to reach out to the customer support to cancel my order as I no longer need is $100 poncho. 5 days later someone has responded to me that the order was shipped and I can’t cancel it anymore. This company is a scam and I wouldn’t recommend to purchase anything from them.

Not only was the customer service incredibly friendly, they also went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I had a faulty product and the process for getting a new product was so incredibly smooth and pleasant. 10/10 recommend.

I was very impressed by the speed in which my Poncho arrived and although I did'nt keep it (bigger than expected) I got a full refund.
Nikki dealt with my request and was very tolerant when I failed to check my Spam folder for emails that Rainkiss had sent to me.
I was overall pleased with my after sales treatment so have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I have a Rainkiss and love it! Great print, easy to throw on and works like a charm. Really good for wearing when I ride my bike (when it really pours better to use extra rain legs though) and enough room to fit bag underneath also. I just bought one as a gift, I ordered in the evening and it arrived the next day! Also I had a question and received a very helpful and fast answer from Laura. Hard to come by good customer service and speedy delivery these days but Rainkiss delivers!

Love the ponchos - ordered and received two. Struggled a bit with repacking but overall exactly what I wanted and expected.
The problem was with delivery. I have no idea why companies use Evri. In the area I live they are completely unreliable. This time they dumped the parcel at our local Post Office who were then obliged to deliver it after I paid £7 in postage. Although this was not directly Rainkiss fault they choose the delivery company presumably based on price as it can’t be on efficiency.

Nice design, but the most horrible noisy material.
The quality looks, and feels very cheap for the price.

I ordered a poncho through them and did not get any response. No email, no shipment. I raised a case over a month later through PayPal, and the response was unprofessional to the max. Basically “oh, the one you ordered is out of stock. Just pick another one.” No acknowledgment that they had not sent the ware, had not communicated, and had kept my money.I refused to order another and insisted on a full refund which I received.
Really disappointed with the company, as the products look lovely. Never again!

Commande bien débitée, suivi colis indiqué que rien n’a été déposé par la marque. Une blague.

J’avais des doutes en lisant les commentaires précédents, mais je dois dire que l’expérience a été un sans faute : livraison rapide et suivie, avec signature client pour une meilleure tracabilité ; le produit est de très bonne qualité avec des jolies finitions. Je recommande à 100%
