I got a quick response with an easy application process. It's nice to work with a real person. DAVID was very responsive and followed up with everything he said he would in a timely manner. He had options for me and ways to make the options work for me. I'm very happy with the outcome and help from rate genius.

How communicative, they were how they stayed in contact with me. How they text me right back? Explain how to do some emails. Crystal is amazing. She told me everything and more that I got. I didn't realize I was gonna get that many benefits, but I got way more than I ever. Could imagine highly recommended. They made it easy

Working with Rate Genius and more specifically working with Jelani Howell was a pleasure. He listened to what I was looking for and made me feel like an individual rather than a number. He was quick to always call me back or respond to me through text and was always able to answer my questions and keep me updated as to where we were in the process of getting refinanced.
