I live in SC which is a notary state. This means, you need to have many of your loan documents signed, notarized and returned to the lender. The team that handled my refinance were really on top of things. They kept me informed and on track through the entire process, which made it easier to get the docs I needed notarized and returned. They provided return shipping labels through Fedex so I did not incur any fees there and they reimbursed for the notary expense. Overall, it was a smooth process and I would use them again.

The agent was kind and helped to make the refinance process easy and painless. I would recommend RateGenius to anyone needing to lower their car payment.

I worked with Matt who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I found RateGenius from Credit Karma. I was a bit skeptical at first but I am very pleased with my outcome. Got my loan rate lowered by 5% and my payment lowered $150. Needless to say if I ever need to refinance any other car loans will definitely be contacting them again. Process was very quick and easy. Couldn’t thank Matt enough for all his help.

I have to say I was optimistic about the offer. They came thru with flying colors! I dropped my interest rate by 7 points. My payment dropped 628 to 498. I would definitely recommend them.My rep cory was professional and exhibited a care for customer attitude that I liked. Will definitely try them again.

I found Rate Genius through Credit Karma. At first I was skeptic with the refinancing process as this would be my first time doing this, but Kurk Nelson was awesome! He was very professional and with his excellent customer service skills, made this whole experience with ease.
