I found Rate Genius through Credit Karma. At first I was skeptic with the refinancing process as this would be my first time doing this, but Kurk Nelson was awesome! He was very professional and with his excellent customer service skills, made this whole experience with ease. He kept me informed and walked me step by step through the process explaining all the details and answered all my questions. He also gave me a variety of options and was able to give me a lower interest rate and a lot lower monthly payment on my vehicle. Thank you Rate Genius and to Kurk!
