Dave is our usual engineer and he’s so efficient and friendly,nothing is too much of a problem for him,fast call out and keeps us updated on arrival times

Always pretty good service...at times delayed service but the service is delivered...I am with them for the last seven years and will continue...

After contacting reactive about my cooker door they told me they would be sending an engineer out. He contacted me and arranged an appointment and arrived on time and was really nice he had to order me a part but contacted me again and came to fix it straight away .I am really pleased with the way the service I received.

I've been with Reactive a few years now which is unusual for me as I tend to move around with policies as most companies are not worth staying with more than 1 year. Reactive are a breed apart apart. Not only do they provide a great and speedy service whenever called upon I've just had my renewal in and, in a society where most renewal policies jump up be 50-100% Reactives monthly cost, bare in mind I have used them twice this year to fix faults has increased by 1.25%. The equivalent of 25p a month. Fantastic to see a company actually looking after its customers, not only through the service they provide but also taking into account the cost of living issues we all have at this moment in time to. Great company.

After a call to the call centre and was given a wait time of 1to 2. hours a plumber came within 40 minutes and fixed the leak great efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

Only had to use them a handful of times but each time I have received excellent service!

Yanis was very helpful he new what the problem was before he got to work

Responded quickly, diagnosed the fault quickly, sourced the parts and repaired within a few days

Professional job! The engineer was very professional and tested the fix extensively.

First of all no one answers the phone, it's a recording that tells you they are busy to press 1 if you would like to be called back by the number I was calling from and to press 1 if ok and if not to leave a different number. I called Reactive again on 6/12/24 and spoke to Nancy after pressing 1 to be called back. She told me that they have a complaint and told me that Home Insurance should be able to compensate me for food lost as they don't do so. They still don't have any earlier appointments until 10/12/24 by Whirlpool as it's a Hotpoint Fridge. Also told her I had to go out yesterday and purchased a fridge as I could not wait until next week for someone to come to check fridge and then will be told it cannot be repaired and then given a fridge when it's convenient to me. Nancy told me she was making notes and would pass it on to Complaints.

Dave is a great engineer very helpful and explains everything very well. Would highly recommend him definitely 5 stars.

Dishwasher door would not close. Contacted Reactive within a couple of days they had arranged an engineer to visit phone call followed date arranged to visit. On agreed date text confirmed engineer visit time. Engineer arrived and did repair within a short time all quick and efficient

Always happy with the engineers as they are all extremely respectful of the fact my parents are very elderly. Dave today was great kept me posted regarding his arrival then called me when he was en route came in with a smile carried out the repair explained everything he had done and why then off he went to his next job very happy customers thank you Dave!
