Been using real authentication for a few years. Reliable authenticators, pretty quick, easy to order. Cost is better once I signed up for the partnership program.

I wanted to sell an Hermes bag I purchased direct from Hermes in 2021 as I wanted my buyer to feel comfortable making this purchase. I sent all the necessary images with the clearest of quality and to my shock, they came back a fake certificate. I did more research and to my surprise they had TONS of bad reviews with the same experience as I do. They claim to be experts of 60 designers... SIXTY designers! How can you possibly be experts of 60 different leathers? Particularly Hermes who the typical SA's who sell the bags aren't even experts with the Hermes leathers... Hermes sends off select staff for MONTHS of training to be experts of their own leathers and some how some employee at RA has the audacity to call themselves an Hermes authenticator of a 2021/22 Hermes bag through pictures nonetheless. Don't you dare come back and reply that you have ex employees of Hermes/ experts working for you. They likely have never even seen a real 21/22 Hermes bag and compared it to an older style. If I compared my 21 Chanel to my 18 Chanel, I would think it was fake too, but production has changed post pandemic. I may as well start my own 'authentication' company cause I know more about Hermes than they do. This company is BS and have alot of nerve. No one should take them seriously. Such a bloody joke and insulting. They should be ashamed of themselves to have the nerve to think they can authenticate an Hermes over pictures... don't waste your time an money.

I just bought a Christian Dior Lady Dior bag on Mercari and I was extremely skeptical about its authenticity considering the price. I sent photos of it to Real Authenticators and they confirmed to me that it is in fact an authentic Lady Dior bag. I still plan on having it done in house, but for the moment I feel much more secure in my purchase.

I purchased a purse and having doubts if it’s authentic or fake and just to have that piece of mind, I was searching for an authenticator online and came across Real Authentication. For me, charges are reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you!

Easy to work with. Confirmed my suspicions on a forged item I was considering purchasing. I then used them to authenticate some items. They were thorough, replied quickly and were professional...Unlike another company that will remain nameless.

This company is a scam. They have no customer service. They take money for authentication services and then don’t provide the service within the 24-hour GUARANTEED turnaround. Their published email bounces back as undeliverable. The phone number on their Instagram does not work. They do not respond to messages in your order. I was actually never contacted about my order. Whoever works their Instagram account has no awareness for what is going on and makes up hypotheticals that clearly do not apply to you. I will be contacting my bank and PayPal to get my money back since the service was never provided. Do not use this company.

I sent in over 25 bags and purposely included counterfeit. They found it and provided fast accurate information along with fair market values so I could get them all insured! What an amazing service! Fast professional and they know their stuff! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend anyone who

Very good and fast turn around under the 24 hours from when I had made the order.

I am giving 2 stars because the customer service did reply to me, but my overall experience was not good at all. I paid for a full authentification with all the additional services (60$). The next day I received the message that my bag is a counterfeit. As I was astonished, I checked all the information I did sent to the website. And I realized quite quickly my error: the front image of the bag that I had sent was one of another model (same brand, other model, other collection). Stupid mistake, I know, I uploaded too rapidly from my phone. So I asked several times to the customer service to review my information again, as I paid a lot of money, but they answer was the same, every single time: no, counterfeit. Which is of course a beginner's mistake and makes me doubt about this company's level of professionalism....

I purchased a 1-hour authentication and mistakenly couldn't find the serial number and when they asked I said it didn't have one. I then added the photo but had received a false authentication to which I asked why and was not answered. By far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with...does not reply. Waste of $60. Will be canceling charge on my card

would be no stars as what a joke I wanted to test them as they ask how long you have had the bag in order to see if you could of bought the bag at the time in a store I bought this bag from a high end store I know it is the real thing but wanted to sell it I lost the certificate they are telling me the bag is counterfeit absolute joke there is no phone number or return email so you can dispute it if they are that good a company then you,should be able to speak to someone via email or phone

I had no problem with turn around time. I believe the authentication was correct as well. I had a question and send a message. Never got a response.

I paid for an authentication for my Chanel backpack because I wanted to sell it and thought an official certificate would get me more since I no longer had the receipt. They told me it was a counterfeit WHEN I LITERALLY BOUGHT IT DIRECTLY AT THE CHANEL BOUTIQUE IN THE GALLERIE LAFAYETTE. Their response to me after I told them they were extremely wrong and I wanted a refund was that they would rescind their verdict and give me a refund if I provided an authentication certificate from two different services.... So basically I have to pay $50 to get back $20? How does make sense? They obviously know that is a completely non-sensical policy that no one would want to do because it would cost them more money then what they would get back. Meanwhile I decided to sell the bag as is on Vestiare Collective and it passed their online AND In-Person authentication process no problem. Afterwards, I came across an account on poshmark whose owner was bragging that her counterfeit Marc Jacobs SnapShot bags were so good she was able to get authenticity certificates from Real Authentication no problem and she had all the certificates to prove it. They are literally a GARBAGE service that declares your authentic goods counterfeit and counterfeit goods authentic. I switched to a different service which I wont name for the integrity of this review and have not had a single problem since. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

EDIT IN RESPONSE: First of all, it wasn't counterfeit and your condescending tone to try and save face is downright laughable. Why don't you tell that to the literal Chanel Sales Associate who sold it to me in Boutique? Or to Vestiaire Collective who authenticated the backpack in person and declared it conform when I sold it on their site. Should I submit a screenshot of the email??? You guys aren't experts, you just check a artificial system and see if a green light pops up.

Secondly, your refund process is a joke, it requires you to pay two other services to get a refund for one; thus, costing more money then you would get back so it's not a viable option for someone when YOU make a mistake. Trying to explain it away doesn't make it any less of a non-sensical policy.

Third; in regards to the fact that you issued dozens of authenticity certificates to someone admitting to selling fake Marc Jacobs bags, the fact that you would try to claim it was photoshopped to try and save face and reputation again rather then doing your own due diligence is once again why you are such a low quality service, those certificates had QR codes on them which lead back to your site and the item itself so they WERE issued by you. You cannot tell the difference between a knockoff or an authentic and when someone calls you out on your own mistake you write a bitter and condescending reply trying to discredit them claiming Authentic $4,500 bags are "low quality counterfeits" and any certificates issued by you for actual counterfeits are fake. Keep running your garbage service and I'll keep buying the Chanel you'll never be able to afford.

I have submitted my photos yesterday. It’s exactly 30hrs. I have been sending messages but no one got back to me. If you need any more additional photos can you at least reply to the messages. I needed this result today. :(

I have been searching what the customer service phone number or an emai of real authentication but can’t find no where on their website. It is so frustrating when you want to get an answer from them soon. I just got the result of the chanel double flap caviar that was authenticated from them but I have questions to ask about their evaluation. I am hoping that someone can provide me their customer service phone number or email

HORRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would! Company took my money and provided NO service. The only communication was asking for more money! Are you kidding? And I know my email address so you did not get it wrong ...just a lame excuse! Had to go through PayPal to get a refund. I wouldn’t trust this company as far as I can spit and suggest that you find some other alternative to authenticate your item.
Don’t bother...you showed your true colors. I am no longer interested in your so called “service”, it’s too late! I will venture elsewhere.

I personally had my jacket authenticated by two other organizations, in addition to Poshmark reviewing their decision and authenticating the jacket through a different organization they use.

I ordered their 24 hour authentication before making a purchase online to verify a bags authenticity. The seller of this bag recommended them as I had never heard of them before, and said they were recommended. But the bag was selling for a great price so she agreed to hold it only as long as it took for the authentication to come back (24 hrs). They reply almost the full 24 hrs later not with an answer - but with a request for more pictures. At this point I went ahead with the purchase of the bag not wanting to lose out on it and the seller had provided me with the reciept that I verified with the LV store and they said it was valid. THEN almost ANOTHER 24 hrs later this company comes back with a result of counterfeit. And their explanation was some random explanation on inconsistent glazing, hardware not up to par, stitching wrong color some like that. Basically no real explanation for why they deemed it counterfeit or why it took them so long to get back to me on this time sensitive transaction. Of course I got no response to my request for a refund. This company is either a complete scam and have NO idea what they are doing which I will need to verify with Louis Vuitton themselves with a trip to the store with both bag and reciept. Or they just don't respect customers time, and will not fulfill their promised timeframe that you PAY for. So because of trusting them, and their not fulfilling my order on time and basically scamming me $40 for a 24 hr authentication -that realistically will take closer to 48 hrs- I am now tasked with figuring out if I did indeed purchase a counterfeit and just wasted over $1000+ dollars on my purchase, or if they are a completely clueless company and basically scamming everyone with random results. Either way it's a complete waste of $40. Don't trust this company of you have any kind of time constraints they do not care about their customers, nor do they bother to respond to you once they take your money. Your money is better spent elsewhere on a company that actually respects their customers time and understands they are relying on a professional authentication service. This company is not it.

Despite this company's "offer" to help it turned out unnecessary. I went into the LV boutique with my purchase and had no issues. I was scammed not by my seller, but by this company. This company was wrong and instead of refunding me, they flagged my review here and tried to pretend I wasn't a customer to hide the fact. Truly disgusting smh. I will never use them again!

I had a Prada Re-Edition Bag that I purchased literally in the Prada Store authenticated and it came back as counterfeit. They told me that there were glaring differences in the bag I uploaded and the "real" one. They clearly don't have the different models of the RE-edition bag in their system. I will definitely not be trusting them in the future.

They’re rude and dismissive after you get your results. They asked me for more pictures but mainly a picture of the authentication sticker. My bag was pre loved and there wasn’t a sticker on my bag, so 5 min later they came back with counterfeit results. So it makes me believe they don’t have anyway of authenticating a bag without a sticker or card to rely on. If you’re experts shouldn’t you be able to authenticate a bag without any sticker or card? I would hope so. But nope since I couldn’t provide the sticker they said it was counterfeit and just listed a bunch of random reasons as to why and ignore my question when I asked why they needed the sticker to authenticate.

They also did not meet the 24 hour time frame. It took them 28 hours to give me my results.

TO ADD: I would disregard this companies response to my review considering the fact that they still miss their 24 hour deadline and they never responded to my final messages on their website. My experience overall was unsatisfactory.

TO DOUBLE ADD: where does it say you start the 24 hours once you have additional photos that you requested after I sent the initial photos? NO WHERE! And if that’s the case why you give me free credit when I called you out for missing the 24 hour deadline? Right! Hush up.

So embarrassing how this company can’t take feedback, they will literally argue back and forth with customers. It’s laughable.
