I brought some Chanel ballet flats from Vestiaire. I was pretty happy they were authentic as I had done some research, but Vestiaire had sent me 2 different dust bags for them so it made me skeptical. Real authentication gave me the reassurance I needed that my shoes were in fact authentic and that secondary resellers can often use different dustbags. Thanks!

I recently found Real Authentication for a handbag I was looking to purchase online. I wasn't sure if it was real or not so I used this service. I chose the one hour service which was completed within 40 minutes or so. Based on the other reviews I wasn't sure if it would be done within the hour but it was which leads me to believe the other reviews on here are probably fake reviews. Anyway, I had a great experience and urge others to give them a try if you're looking for assurance before spending a lot of money on something.

Wow.. beyond unhappy with the service at this company. And Mercari now requires a use them to authenticate purses that you buy and sell. I purchased the bag a very recognizable Louis Vuitton, blue Coussin off the site. It was authenticated. Six months later I turn around and sell it, and the authentication comes back on identifiable. Or basically not authentic I’m no Stranger, to luxury bags and have zero doubt that the bag is real. Also, Entrupy certified it within minutes. So now, I’m not able to sell it on Mercari. Even with the Entrupy certificate included. And, of course, no way to contact the company. So glad I paid for the service! It is your job to spot, real, and fake bags. How can the same Bag be both? you tell me!

I used to use them a lot at the beginning of my reselling business. However, they have gotten a lot of verdicts wrong. Where ended up having to get a second and even third opinion. They also are not accurate with their time. They have gone days and not provided an answer even after I send multiple messages. Avoid. There are many other authenticators who are more reputable that would appreciate your business.

I ordered an authentication 28 hours ago ( they are supposed to answer within 24 hours). After 28 hours they are asking me for more pictures… I am very upset, not professional at all!

They just tagged an authentic Chanel bought from the store as fake. We intentionally did not provide the store receipt just to really know their services. Unfortunately, not good. Also, i waited a little more than 24 hours for the result.

This company is a complete joke. I've authenticated a lot of items with them in the past and it was fine. This time around. I've had zero contact from for 2 days regarding 2 Hermes bags. I've messaged their chat several times and have been ignored. They have zero communication with customers for a service we entrust extremely high value items to. It's so offensive and extremely disrespectful to pass your 24 hour deadline to authenticate an item, ignore client questions for days on end. Terrible service. I'm still waiting for my authentication or refund!

Real Authentication has streamlined the luxury bag authentication process beautifully! Theirs is by far the easiest and most user friendly service. I recently purchased a vintage Birkin and was already certain of its authenticity, but for peace of mind and insurance purposes I always get preloved items authenticated by a third party. This was my first experience with Real Authentication and I am delighted! It couldn’t have been easier or more user-friendly!

My favorite feature is the guide used to submit pictures: each shot needed is clearly stated and illustrated so you know exactly what detail they need to see, and you can take the necessary picture and upload it individually. It’s so, so easy!

I took advantage of the 1-hour turnaround time that’s offered and had my answer within 40 minutes. It’s reviewed by two separate authenticators in that time.

Purchased a bag that was verified authentic by RA. Went to re-sell and had I verified again only to find out it’s fake and RA won’t return any attempts to contact. I wasn’t sold a different bag - the photos match the exact bag I have down to the damage.

I personally purchase a bag from a Chanel boutique in Australia and still keep the original receipt and they came out as a counterfeit.

Have already got the certificate from the authenticityfirst and will try to get the certificate from other authentication institutions as well to prove how unprofessional this company are!!!

They give the result even without ask for clear photos of the item. I doubt they don’t care about whether their result are accurate or not and don’t have enough data about the new(microchip) Chanel.

So i have I paid extra for 12 hours turnaround service
15 hours after submitting the request the order is still in process,
knowing that they were late, they could minimally inform in the chat or email,
but no one bothered to do this,
after 15 hours of waiting,
I tried to contact them in the chat and asked when the order would be ready,
and only after that I received my certificate,
but I still haven’t received any answer in the chat nor any apology or recognition,
just like I didn’t receive an answer to my question and concerns on which I originally addressed my authentication,

Very unpleasant aftertaste, I also doubt how much you can trust their opinion after this kind of behaviour,
Customer service is terrible,
Completely ignoring the client's request,
not matching the timing for which the client pays.

Realauthentication really impressed me with their speed, communication, customer support, and help! As a full time reseller I get in bags that need professional evaluation and documentation. Its hard finding a trustworthy service that delivers rapid results. I loved their app. It’s user friendly and thorough! I will definitely be using their services often!

1* is too much for this company. They had no idea how to authenticate a designer bag. They have made the same mistake two times…I’m very disappointed. Never again !!!

I have entrusted myself to them on several occasions, now who knows what opinions I have had in this year in which I have entrusted myself to them.
I trusted them for a total of 24 authentications.
AND I REPEAT, I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY COULD BE WRONG BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS TRUSTED
The last object that has been authenticated is a Balenciaga LE CAGOLE.
THEY DEFINITE COUNTERFEIT.

I send photos and documentation to 2 other sites, in addition to theirs.
For others it is original.

I take the bag to the parent company, to have it viewed, they tell me that the bag is authentic.

So I write to them (3 days ago) saying they made a mistake, they ask me for more photos, to be able to evaluate. GONE, NEVER HEARD AGAIN.

I don't know if they're totally incompetent, if they've made mistakes on other occasions (but as far as BALENCIAGA is concerned, I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM) I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL IT A SCAM, BECAUSE THEY SPILLED $30 FROM ME FOR A WRONG AUTHENTIC AND THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED.

It doesn't only work when everything goes well, a real company can also be seen in mistakes, in apologizing. NOT IN DISAPPEARING
