Delivery by DX dismal and varnish insufficient and poor workmanship with nails sticking out
The varnish on the wood products do need to be better applied and was insufficient. It bleached onto things and wasn't dry, and the wood still looked very raw and needed another coat of finish. Some under surfaces sides and undertops were also left out of being varnished so we had splinter cuts and wood grain abrasions. There were also nails sticking out of the product which tells me the workmanship is rather poor and unprofessional. The design is faultless and aesthetically pleasing but you do expect quality from reclaimed new wooden furniture as the price point commands. The third party shipping company (DX) appointed by them was dismal. They showed up unannounced without informing any tracking whatsoever by email or phone, and left without so much as attempting delivery stating I wasn't home to receive nor could they get a signature. So they do this to get you to pay re-delivery fees which is highly unethical and unefficient. And there is no way to reach them because guess what you have no tracking details or even knew they were the appointed shipper. They were horrid. For this marred experience, ReclaimNation gave me a £50 rebate which I appreciated the gesture of, but for so many reasons I am quite afraid to trust and buy again. The quality and purchase delivery process leaves a lot to be desired and improved upon.

The concerns you have raised around the finish, rough edges, splinters and nails are not what we would expect, and we understand why this would be disappointing at this price point. While reclaimed wood does naturally have character and variation, it should still arrive finished to a good standard.
Weâre also sorry for the poor delivery experience with DX. You should have received clear tracking and notice before delivery was attempted, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been not knowing who the courier was or when they were coming. We will raise this with them directly.
Weâre glad the £50 gesture was appreciated, but we understand this does not fully make up for the issues you experienced. Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be used to improve both our quality checks and delivery process.

Amazing Table and Chairs
I brought the Brooklyn Table with Dallas Chairs and a Bench. I personally wanted the chairs, but my son insisted on a bench.
The table itself and chairs are brilliant, beautiful and the centrepiece of our kitchen, which I hoped for.
Unfortunately the bench within a week a big splinter of wood came off, my son refused to sit on it. So i messaged them to ask if it was normal, they said it wasn't and offered a replacement, which was done very efficiently.
I want to say i absolutely love the table and chairs, it was well worth it.
There were a few issues, and yes i gave them 5 stars because the product is great, and their replacement were second to none. The thing is, It's gave a timeframe to be delivered and 2 days after that i messaged to chase and was told the delivery company would be in touch. An email to update me it was delayed would have been nice. Apart from the Reclaim Nation were great.
The other issue is that the delivery company they use. P2P Delivery. I can't find the company on here to do a review. I got messaged by them that they could deliver on a certain date. I told them if it's in the morning that's great but the afternoon i wouldn't be in as there was a special birthday celebration, they told me that the delivery was due between 1-4pm, so i told them i couldn't do that date. Their reply was quite shocking and uncaring, they told me they would cancel the delivery and on the cancelled date, they would then contact me within 5 working days after that to discuss a new date. The issue is the table was already late and the table was needed asap by then. In the end we had to cancel the plans because we couldn't wait that long for the table and chairs. Then when the delivery was coming the drivers couldn't find the address, so i told them where to go and because their English wasn't too good, they struggled to understand. By the time they arrived they were very rude. It was in stark contrast to when the bench was picked up and replaced, they were quick, the delivery driver got here no trouble and he was polite. I am writing this just to say that Reclaim Nation are great but are let down by the people they use to deliver.

We chose the small Brooklyn dining table and brown Dallas chairs. Super impressed with the quality of the furniture - the table looks amazing! Sofas are lovely. The only fly in the ointment was the delivery date kept changing and sofas arrived in huge boxes that I had to open and put together myself. Wish I had known that at time of purchase.

I ordered a Brooklyn dining table
I ordered a Brooklyn dining table. The delivery was prompt and without issue. However on seeing the box the table arrived in I see it was made in Vietnam and from all the online advertising I didnât think would be the case and this set alarm bells ringing.
On opening the box my concerns grew, the underside of the table was very rustic and to be honest something you would expect to see in a shed rather than a dining room but I continued. When the table was put together and in position my disappointment continued as the rustic quality continued. The quality is something you would use as a work table in a garden shed, not something youâd want in a dining room. I immediately returned to the online shop and looked closely at the pictures again. The pictures were definitely of a better quality table than I received.
On deciding the table will need to be returned I looked up the process and see they will charge you for returns (which is disappointing considering in my opinion Iâve not received what I believed I was ordering) and they can charge you for other things including repackaging (I have undamaged packaging).
I wish Iâd never bothered to order from this misleading company. Donât be deceived by the competitive pricing, youâd be better heading to ikea . Iâm very disappointed

Our furniture is sourced from manufacturing partners around the world, including Vietnam, and the Brooklyn range is made using reclaimed wood. This means the finish is intentionally rustic, with natural markings, grain variation, knots and character in the timber.
We do try to show this reclaimed finish clearly in our product photography, but we appreciate that furniture can look different in a home setting compared with styled website images. While the finish appears consistent with the Brooklyn range, we understand that it is not the right style for you.

Nice table/broken bench/ poor customer service.
Purchased a table and bench from this company. Both products arrived by courier in a good time frame.
The bench was faulty and damaged the minute it was sat on and I sent photos/ proof of damage and they offered a discount to keep the bench or full replacement of the bench. I chose the replacement of the bench. Contacting customer service is a nightmare via email only. Nobody to get answers from fast via telephone. Then they tell me itâs been sent on the 11th July to the courier for delivery. I wait over a week and get no update from the courier so I email Reclaim nation again to follow up. The same person who emailed to tell me the above then emails back to say the order will be sent to the courier in a week to be delivered in two weeks. Honestly the sheer incompetence and faffing with customer service and lack of truth is just appalling. I just want the product I paid for and in good condition. I donât want to have to deal with their poor customer service. I wouldnât use this company ever again purely based on the fact Iâve been lied to about delivery of my bench. Iâll spend my money elsewhere In future.
