Trent Furnishing Co Ltd レビュー

I have purchased a range of furniture from this company (Haynes Furnishing) over the past 10 years or more and always been very satisfied with the service, delivery arrangements and product quality. I currently have received my most recent purchase of a Sherborne recliner and again received excellent quality and service. Thank you.

Perfect service from start to finish!

Very helpful regarding delivery date and very polite and
professional staff and delivery men.

Highly recommended.

This was a great experience, from ordering, right through to delivery.
A very helpful and friendly service whilst selecting and ordering. All for the best price anywhere.
The delivery was very professional and exactly on time. Our Sherbourne modular furniture was fully assembled and tested by two very cooperative guys.
Thanks for everything.

I found this company online, but I did call them for advice before I ordered my riser-recliner. The salesman I spoke to was so very helpful and his advice gave me the confidence to order my chair. Delivery was on time and the delivery men set up my chair and took the old one away too! Terrific service!

We couldn't have chosen a better retailer to buy our riser/recliners from. They were an unbeatable price and the company were extremely helpful from the very start, answering all our questions and giving us full confidence in them. The chairs were delivered earlier than they quoted, and the delivery team were polite, helpful and took great care when bringing the chairs into the house. They positioned them exactly where we wanted them and explained the instructions clearly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again ourselves in the future.

Brilliant service from the point of initial query to the point of my mum sitting on the chair.

Very kind and helpful and responsive to our questions.

Highly recommended.

My purchase of a riser recliner was made through
their online business and I found the organization
offered competitive prices and, what is very rare
these days, really good service. This is the second
purchase I have made and I have not been disappointed.

Very good service once again. This is the second recliner from the supplier and they even found details of my first purchase in 2008, so we were able to buy a direct replacement. Well done!,,,,
Would recommend, they treat you with respect and can’t do enough to ensure you are happy.
Thank you

We wanted to deal with a local independent company and were not disappointed - all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful. We were given a very good price and the goods arrived on time. The delivery men were so helpful, moving our old suite into the garage before bringing in the new. During the time there an elderly relative next door but one had fallen over and straightaway they were there to lift him - we were all so grateful to them.
We have had a small problem with one of the chairs but it has been dealt with immediately. All in all a great experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Goods were delivered when they said they would be by 2 polite and friendly delivery persons, set up where I wanted and checked everything in working order before they left.

Easy to order and at a very good price. It would have been nice if the confirmation email had stated the expected lead time - I already knew it was 8-10 weeks from the website FAQs but it would have been good to have had this re-enforced.
Delivery was within the expected dates and I got a call several days in advance so it was easy to plan for this. As they use their own drivers I was more or less given an exact time of arrival which was useful so I didn't have to wait around. The drivers were great and my chair was unloaded very quickly and placed exactly where I required it.
Would use again without hesitation!

Excellent prices with free delivery etc. Arrived on the day promised, delivered by two cheerful chappies

Easy to use website. Good prices. First class customer service. Delivery at a time and date that suited me. Product just what we ordered. First class.

Excellent price, delivery, customer service and installation, couldn't fault them, highly recommended.

I am always a little nervous about ordering online from a company I have never heard of, but I needn't have worried.
The service from start to finish was excellent, I couldn't find the chair cheaper anywhere , delivery was free, estimated wait time for delivery was spot on and delivery was exactly to the day and time.
The delivery men left the chair ready to use and removed all packaging
Would highly recomend

Superb service from the start, and the free delivery was the cherry on the top.... the delivery team was fantastic, apart from the new furniture in the room you would not know they had been there.
