Delivery team set up chair with demonstration

Really good company to deal with, pleased how everything went to plan from ordering and receiving the chair. The chair is lovely and comfortable in every way. Delivery guys were really good, set up the chair making sure everything was in working order before leaving. Would deal with them again without hesitation. A very satisfied customer!

From our initial contact to our delivery everything was 5 star. Easy ordering process, with a good price.Advised of a 2 hour delivery slot that was updated to a 30 minute window on the day.
The lads who delivered were friendly, efficient and took all the packing away.
Would recommend without reservation.

We ordered a riser/recliner for mum through the website. A wide choice and very competitive prices.
Delivery was given as 4-6 weeks (factory had just had a week's closure for holidays). But they rang 3 weeks after ordering to say that the chair was ready and it was delivered a couple of days later to mum's room in her care home. The delivery guys were on time and friendly and her old chair was taken away.
It's a pity that other companies don't seem to be able to offer the same excellent level of service.

Good, honest and reliable shop. Ordered Mum a recliner chair online, and from the word go the communication was excellent with good value and prompt service. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and the delivery guys were so friendly and brilliant at their jobs. 5 stars all round.

Having decided on purchase of a Sherborne Beaumont recliner recliners4u came up with the best price, and most importantly, the best delivery timescale. Carl Oakton was extremely helpful in sorting the order, and delivery was actually quicker than estimated. The delivery team were on time and efficient, taking time to demonstrate the chair's functions.
Very pleased with the whole experience and would buy from them again.

Unbeatable on price and excellent customer service through ordering, enquiries to delivery date and time all of which were 100% as promised. I would highly recommend this company

Fantastic service and product.
I ordered a chair and felt assured at all stages that I would receive it just as I wanted it. A very professional service with good communication and keenly priced items too. Delivery and removal of my old chair went seamlessly.
I give my fullest recommendation.

Researched on website but very easy to order by phone, helpful excellent communication. Chair delivered by 2 pleasant young men, quickly and efficiently assembled and sooner than the predicted date and I am delighted with it's quality, Exactly what I wanted, thank you.

Such an easy process ordering online.
Straight forward and simple. I was kept updated about the delivery date and time.
It was delivered and assembled in my home, with the chair being demonstrated in all its different positions.
The recliner is made with an excellent
quality leather, it's extremely
comfortable and the motors are whisper quiet.
I would highly recommend recliners4u/Trent furnishing Co ltd...you won't be disappointed.

Easy to order and great choice of colours and competitive price. Delivery was to be four weeks from ordering and no problems delivered on fourth week by two helpful delivery men. Chair was perfect.

Great communication, appreciated being able to get straight through to a helpful human being! All very efficient and straightforward. Delivery to a Care Home was as promised with helpful staff. The Sherborne chair was a replacement of the same chair and is great for someone with severe arthritis. Thank you, happy to recommend.

Very professional gentlemen delivered our excellent riser-recliner chairs. and worked with quick efficiency to assemble them. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful.

Excellent service throughout , Chair is extremely comfortable and delivery crew were very professional . Many thanks

Very friendly and helpful company, ordering was easy and the wait time was explained to me and kept to. Delivery chaps were great, got the chairs in place and put together in good time and explained the controllers to us. Have now had two chairs from them, excellent price and good quality.

Sherborne Rise and recline chair. Both instore service and delivery were all excellent. The chair was just what was required, and extremely comfortable chair that takes the stress out of life.
Thanks one again

I ordered a new rechargeable recliner for my dad as he was struggling with his old chair. Huge choice of styles and colours. The guy at their office was so helpful. We were kept up to date with the estimated delivery time.
On delivery day the two guys were brilliant they set the chair up for my dad, showed him how to use it and how to recharge it and also how often it would need charging depending on his use of it. They also took the old chair away. My dad loves the chair. Great company, I would highly recommend them.

Easy to deal with by telephone - great email communication, hassle free prompt delivery - all great!
