A faultless transaction from the start, when we received an innovative digital message; to finish, when we received a sizeable stamp duty refund which we weren't aware we were eligible for. When we received our personal digital message, we were a bit sceptical, but impressed with the presentation, so we decided to give it a go, and we are extremely glad we did. The whole process with Jon was very professional as he explained everything in simple terms, and said we should have a decision in 3 weeks, and that indeed was the case. A fast efficient service - this firm do all the work and importantly do not take control of your money. You simply pay their invoice after the refund is in your bank account ! If like me you chose to pay normal stamp duty up front and seek the correction later.
